The way you transition from E to D# power chords, I never thought to do that. Always brought my index finger down to the 2nd fret on the A string. Your simple slide down looks so much easier and more economical.

Must say, I play mostly in ‘standard D’ but my favorite tuning may be ‘Eb’ Standard... idk what it is but to me, it’s by far the heaviest and most evil sounding tuning. Maybe because it’s just a half step from E and retains its tension yet, that semi-tone down really takes the ear thru a journey spiraling thru an unsettling abyss idk
