I have a '19 R/T Scat. I love turning her over every day in the garage. Wakes everyone else in the house up. I don't think there was much done to her--I see the cold air intake housing is enclosed and there's an oil catch can. Bringing her to my personal mechanic next week for a quick look-at on the lift (gonna verify if she's straight-piped or not but I suspect she is by the sound). Any suggestions/recommendations, because I've seen a few videos of inexpensive mods and have been hesitant to mess with it?

I love it. Built not bought! Everybody knows a scatty and hellcat is fast but when u take a 5.7 and beat either or!!! That just sends another whole message cause u know u got the time put in and your just enjoying the journey. U r the man R/t life great vid once again.

Albert Tokar ok first and foremost I never said that car could beat a hellcat I said when u build a car that can beat a hellcat or scat pack it sends a different message which clearly a stock scat pack would b in trouble with that 5.7 and it is definitely possible to put a 5.7 together to beat a hellcat

@@RTLife 10psi isnt really that much for a stock bottom end. Depends how its tuned and how you drive it. If it was my car it would blow up haha. If you dont beat it all the time and roll into the boost it can take it much longer then if you constantly rip it off the line. In the end tho itll still wear out faster since it's not built.

Building an engine is the safe and proper way to make power. Slapping any kind of boost on is fun till it blows up and you run into more problems. Also keep in mind turbos are not “more efficient”. When boost is applied the gas mpg goes out the door. The reason any belt driven has low gas mpg is because boost is always being crammed down the engine. Its the owners car. Just do your research and make it yours. Its the beauty of owning a car!

Man , I just wish u hit 100K as soon as possible , this channel is extremely informative , and definitely deserve to grow to a much higher level . Mr.R/T life , I have a question for you : I have a 2016 road&track 5.7 with some mods : It has a AFE momentum CAI , ported 5.7 manifold , JBA long tube headers with catless mids , and full 2.75" scatpack 392 exhaust system just replaced the midmufflers by mini racing bulltes , custom tune on 91 octane , it definitely pulls hard , but the question is can I beat a bone stock 2015 mustang GT 5.0?

To me an online tuner is great for simple bolt ons. Once you start heavily modding, my preference is a dyno tune by a quality shop. Not saying remote tuning will not net you similar or better results - just my preference.

Sid May is there a site where you can get used procharger?

@@ernestogarcia2522 just watch craigslist and ebay. I put one on my 2010 challenger SRT8 about 7 months ago. Once I got it dyno tuned it runs perfectly. I have it street tuned pushing 550whp and getting 19mpg if I drive it normally. I'm sure when I'm running it hard it drops below 10. Alot of ppl don't like them. I love mine and it runs with just about anything

@@RTLife I agree if you have minor upgrades and you want a few more hp a canned tune will help. Lol you will never get another can tune now that you have gennette.

I like having my tuner online because he is able to do on the fly adjustments for me at the track.

My twins rt sounds like the challenger it’s beautiful now for what I did for his bday to it 💪🏻 I was gonna do his headers but the guy who owns a shit ton of muscle cars did everything I needed for my twin without switching headers and added 25 hp to his car and more to the peddle🔥💪🏻 that challenger is beautiful
