Terron awesome video as always. Listen I noticed when you did your Olympic training vid, you were having issues with the grip doing the overhead round cowbell. I've been training in martial arts since I was 6, I'm 41....if you want a stronger grip, get a large bowl, fill it with uncooked rice, then alternate each hands grabbing and squeezing the rice as hard as you can. Do this every other day for a month, watch and see how strong your grip will be. Again, much respect bro!!

Markscream15 your hands will tell you when you've had enough. When I started, its was a 3sec hold in each hand. Once you've mastered that, move to 5sec. Beware, you may experience some callusing or blistering if you have soft hands. But if your hands are weathered and tough, this should be no problem.
