You should put some more power into your punches. I would recommend shadowboxing with weights (either dumbells, plates or wrist weights), resistance bands and ankle weights. I'd also recommend relying some more on your right foot (or whichever was behind in the video), and rotating your hips when punching to the body. Anyways, keep up the good work brother👊
