I’ve been sued, well they attempted to sue, trying to get over half million from me. At deposition they brought up trips I went on, they brought up every credit card transaction in last 2 years, every debit card transaction last 2 years. Very personal stuff. Anyways they only ended up getting 25k. I feel like a lawsuit is “necessary” in some situations. But people are so quick and willing and happy to file one

it's illegal to sue with cause,, it's up to the lawyer to determine if the case is lagediment or frivolous. If they decide to take the case the a judge will make their own call and they should award the defendant and also the lawyer should receive a slap, 3 slaps and no more license imo. This would stop people from going to lawyers and stop layers from taking cases.
