1:10: Out of all the item recycling you could do in Fallout NV, I definitely would've liked to see some stimpack recycling, since you could recycle energy cell ammo, why not stimpacks. heavy uses plasma rifle and laser pistol. and here i am sitting on my ass moaning at him for not using VATS or the fat man

well he didn't have a pip boy, so vats couldn't occur during the fight. plus the fat man and mini nukes are far too rare to end up in the hands of a random wanderer, wheras plasma and laser weaponry where both common before the bombs struck so large amounts would still be available. remember, heavy here is just an average guy, certainly no lone wanderer.
