@mr-x768923 күн бұрын
The issiue with pickaxes arent that they get dirty or needs to be "refurbished". The issiue is that they get worn down. You use them untill the metal have been worn down to nothing. And given the forces they have to whitstand, there are really nothing you can do to "fix" them, that would not have had been a waste of time and money. It's quite simply cheaper to just replace it. What i'm a bit suprised about given I'm a blacksmith. Is that they dident harden or temper the pickaxes. To me that seams like these ones eiter they are only meant for soil or really soft stone like sandstone or chale. Or it's not nearly as "high" quality as they like to claim it is. Non the less. it's fun to see how some one ellse make these things.

@@BallzyWallzy Me too. it's the same way here and Idaho. When it comes to immigrants comeing in and taking the jobs.
@mr-x768923 күн бұрын
The issiue isn't on the imigrants hands. But rather the employers whom understand these people are desperate and are willing to do the job for far less cash and under far worse conditions than western natives are. Consider it blaming a slave for not toppeling the master whom holds a gun ageinst their head and telling them to work. These people werry often come from horrible conditions in hope to get a better life, and unfortunatly that causes frictions with the natives where they go. As the natives often are let go to be able to employ far cheaper imigrants workforses instead. I my selfe are unemployed for these same reasons. My employer in sweden realized he could squeeze 2 imigrants in on my salary. and thusly did not extend my employment when the time came for it. Also dosen't help when the goverment give out huge grants to employers whom take in massive amounts of imigrants. The imigrants are just as mutch a victim in all of this as we are.

@@mr-x7689 the thing is, "far less cash" and "far worse conditions" in the US is still way better than what they will get back in their homelands. Hence why they'll do anything to work.
