Industrial production videos like this highlight just how much effort goes into making everything we take for granted in our lives. It makes no odds if it’s table tennis bats , sausages or motorcycles or whatever. The people that set up the production process for these goods are amazing. 🙏🙏

No wonder Nittaku is a bit expensive but very satisfying tabble tennis equipment, the process is very detail and mostly done by hand, well done Nittaku! I'm a user and a big fan of Nittaku brand

the saw to cut has the same age like the old cypress. the following steps bye cutting down the bar sheets is horrific. lifting 30kg piece from the ground on a bandsaw which is really sharp and dangerous.does not fit to the rest of the prdoction process!. 6.29min. why is the wooden surface of the band grind that worn down like when apprentice were mking modells on work tables? whats going on there when the camera is not there? the cuts and rip outs do not come from grinding exactly those racket sheets... the restly process is state of the art with talented and very exact workers. like the ping pong balls from nittakku. tibhar is my lable for this vey nice sport!

Scusate ma è proprio necessario usare legno di alberi di 250 anni? Se l'albero potesse parlare chissà se sarebbe d'accordo...
@ndc5544p20 күн бұрын

This is one of the best purposes the tree can be used for. The rackets are high quality and well-known and appreciated around the globe. How more famous can an old oak become? If the tree could speak I bet she'll be very happy.

so roughly 2 hours of work of one guy/gal there.. but as it's been through many hands its more likely the total production time per racket/bat + brand markup (if existing).

The production process is not entirely machine-driven, but also involves human sensibilities and handmade work. Anybody can see that in the video, of course we can, we have an easy understanding of what is being done, but the OP is an exception, even looking at the video he doesn't know what is being done, he doesn't understand what is being done! Yes, he is an idiot, and getting involved would be a waste of time
