At 13:00 you are explaining how bushes that are the same cancel each other out. Why isn't the white bush also canceled out when it is the same as the neutral and the black bush?

Are you able to change the joker with a cloud action after step D, or does your turn end immediately after you draw a new domino to refill your hand?
