Let's just wait for the video =P. Although I think the two Sewer Medics have something to do with the actual battle. Sewer Medic's maneuverability on land basically wins him the fight as long as he doesn't get too close. It's like a scout with only sandman balls as an attack against a heavy with only his fists out. As long as the scout doesn't do anything rash, he should be able to win eventually.

Don't forget, while in the waters, heavy can out swim most attacks that come towards him from a distance, not to mention that he has shrugged off shotgun blasts right to the chest. And on top of that, Sewer medic is known to be a bit of a coward against stronger opponents

As long as Sewer Medic keeps his distance while on land, he should be able to win. He is faster on land and Dile doesn't have any form of ranged attacks. This is probably the only advantage Sewer Medic has, other than using Sandviches like a mouse trap.

Hmmm, even with the field advantage, Sewer Medic is at a clear disadvantage. Heavydile is a walking tank, swims faster, and is an all around killing machine. In order to win, the Sewer Medic would have to use all his maneuverability, all his wit, everything he has at his disposal, he has to fight harder then he's ever fought before, and even then the chances of him winning don't seem to good.
