these guys doesn't know how to manage a mine. So waste of time and fuel, they should learn how to maintain proper roads for these trucks. Really stupid.

But why? The road was perfectly fine before the rain started. The mine is large, and the grader can't reach everywhere. By the time the grader got here, the mud had already formed.
