People forget that his leg got completely destroyed in a motorcycle accident VERY early on in his career. It might be one of the biggest injuries a champ has had to deal with.

Julian Dunmore Ya man. He almost lost his leg in a motorcycle accident and came back to win and defend the belt. Love frank. One of the best heavyweight jujitsu practitioners ever. IMO. Of course you’ll have others talking shit about him but he was a pioneer in the UFC.

I totally agree. Best mma announcer ever in my opinion. Franks was putting work in when mma was barely a blip on the professional sports industry. He was always on point with his knowledge of techniques, fighter strategy and game plans, the background and skills of each individual fighter, and all the details in between that only a fighter would know. I’d love to see him back in there.

@Maximum Effort Yeah... he beefed up because of Brock but his frame couldn't hold it well. He was in a really unfortunate situation where he literally couldn't make LHW (he did a test cut) because he was too big, but too small as a HW against the giants.

Hard to find chiros with Dr. Hightower's level of knowledge. The quality of care you get varies incredibly from provider to provider. One thing I've learned to look for is soft tissue work...if they aren't doing that they aren't doing anything...at least for my issues. Also, love Frank Mir. One of the true legends in MMA. Much much respect to him.

Frank was a great heel in mma. I understood his style with finishing people but I was just rough to see. Then his rivalry with Lesnar, I was a big Lesnar fan and that loss hurt haha. But it's great to see him getting help and I hope he does great things after fighting. I would like to hear his thoughts as a fighting commentator too. Goodluck champ and good fortunes

Are there places in the Midwest who use your technique? My husband has terrible neck pain. He has tried physical therapy and chiropractic care. Nothing helps. Everything goes back to the wrong place minutes after an adjustment.
