Fun fact, genesis 1:1 actually says (almost full direct translation) "When God (male) began to create (male) the heavens (male) and the earth (female)."
@New_Life75642 ай бұрын
@@acoreu I don't understand your written texts, but you can't say the word earth is a feminine word, because other languages take it like feminine,,

Hey Daniel! I don’t usually comment but your Christian contents is really interesting! Just to write to keep it up! As a non-Hebrew Christian it is very interesting to know the meaning in it’s original meaning! Anyways! Thanks!

Complete lack of understanding trying to wedge the trinity in there. Every Hebrew knows it’s a plural of respect - no wonder you don’t want to go into detail 😂
@traydizzil9511 ай бұрын
Unfortunately we have to be careful of a lot of these people who go back to learn the original language, because if we’re not careful we can become confused a lot of them try to shove trinity in what the original text say when there is no, Jew that follows the Jewish law that believes in a triune God and the original testament was written by Jews

You dont know Hebrew but he does... God being multiple in person is found in multiple places in the bible, even if its not in the word he says.....so shut ot. And run away😂... You know nothing in Hebrew then why run your tongue ? 😂😂
@mrss43283 ай бұрын
If you believe that God is a plurality then why don’t you believe in the Jesus part?

Just because said things are in the Bible.. doesn't mean they are good in God's eyes. The Bible is also a history book, so there's bound to be many horrific events recorded within it

What is your understanding of Isaiah 7 and the use of the word almah instead of betullah referring to a virgin? What do you think the text says and how would you argue your position?
@explorerofmind Жыл бұрын
The ancient Hebrew word for create (Bara) didn’t mean to create out of nothing. In fact the Bible uses the same word to describe mortal men creating lumber. Joshua 17: 15, 18. And on another occasion man is found to be able to make their bodies bigger using this same word (1 Sam 2:29). They are also able to make themselves a place in the land (Ezekiel 22:19). Moreover, this word is used to describe God creating things long after the universe was created, many of which are definitely not made from nothing. E.G. Groups and individuals (Isaiah 54:16).

When was this idea of the second heaven being the universe and the first heaven being our entire earthly sky first written about? Is it a writing of a Greek philosopher, or was this belief passed down by tradition through the Catholic or Jewish religions?

Dan, why are so many of the Hebrew names in the Bible written in English with the letter “b” instead of the correct sound of the letter “v”? I look up the correct pronunciations and it most always has a “v” sound.

Hold on don't skip the most important word in that line Elohim is a two word set together to define the one word which is Eloh and im. Im is a plural of numbers or a plural og respect, and ELoh or as the aramaic and arabic semtic language say Allah, means The God, so elohim is a plural of respect to The One and only God Eloh.

How do you know that there are three heavens? We cannot quantify the unquantify
@DanielBergman99 Жыл бұрын
The word “Shamayim” (heavens) is used to speak of each these 3 areas in Scripture. (Where the fowls fly, where the sun, moon and stars are, and also where God dwells). Paul speaks of being caught up to “the 3rd heaven” which is where God dwells. One day, God will create a new heaven and a new earth.
