Tell it! They skip to Deut 28 without reading the rest of Deut! This was suzserain-vassal treaty between YHWH and Israel. The covenant blessings and curses were tied to THE LAND! Context kills false doctrine every time! Not only that, Deut 28 says that ALL the curses will come upon you in verse 15! They can’t name a king that was brought over with them like said in verse 36 and when did enslaved Africans eat their children as said in verse 53? Nowhere is it told the children of Israel would identify themselves by these curses and nowhere do we see them absolutely forgetting who they are and need to be awakened again. They stopped worshiping Yahweh and had to face the consequences of disobeying the covenant. They always remained God’s people which is why they could return to the land as shown in Chronicles, Ezra, and Nehemiah.

That's not true. Afro diasporans are West Africans for the most part. You can skip Deuteronomy, read history books from before 1850’s, look at the maps of Africa (the ones showing our biblical names and the ones made BY THE SAME CARTOGRAPHER a few years later eliminating our names). Look at some of the old churches in the south with Hebrew writings decorating the pews that were made by the enslaved. Read the lyrics of the spirituals they sang that have Hebrew words. Israelites are not a cult, it’s a nation of ppl. Unfortunately, many of the ppl who are Israelites are too brainwashed and love their oppressors way too much to even listen. Are their camps that may have cultish ways, sure, just like Christians & Muslims, but being an Israelite is not a cult. It is a nation with a beautiful, rich history. And if you research your history beyond slavery you would understand. Oh and a said note: one word can have many meanings. “Buy” also means save, so when the Bible says no man will will buy you, it doesn’t mean purchase, it means save. Saying Deuteronomy 28 isn’t a proficiency is CRAZY to me 😂. The first sentence begins with “and it shall come to past”. Also calling a whole nationality a cult is WILD. Also there was genetic testing done 10 years ago on 5000 men that confirmed 87% of the African American Males who participated had a marker on their Y chromosome that is unique to the Levantine region (which is what we call Israel today).
