I've been reading "they" as meaning this as Moses and the mercy seat, for some time. Not sure I'm right. Also "bid you observe, that observe and do" is very different from do what they say. 2 Saying, The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses' seat: 3 All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not after their works: for they say, and do not.

I believe Scripture says that Moses wrote the blessing and curse tablets at Mount Ebal with his own hand, so he was able to write himself, but normally, scribes would have written for administrators, so I surely the account of his death was completed for him by a scribe. That should go without saying, but I guess most people don't understand ancient customs.

Question: In Deuteronomy 7:20 and Joshua 24:12 refers to Yehovah sending "hornets" (הַצִּרְעָ֖ה) in most Bibles, some think that God would send literal hornets. Other Bibles such as the New World Translation and other Spanish and English translations transmit the idea of "panic", "plague", etc, is it incorrect to translate the message meaning rather than a literal rendering as in most Bibles?

There is a difference between the original D&C vs the 1830 D&C. The BoM has Yeshua dieing at age 30, not 33, no 3.5 year ministry. There are many more parallels.

Nehemiah, have you ever read the Book of Mormon? I'm not part of the lds church. However, there is no way a 19 year old in a shack with a lantern and a quil pen made that up. Every page is about keeping Torah. I respect you. However, please read it before you comment on it. The man Mormon in the Book of Mormon kept Torah he would be kicked out of the lds church now days.

Stick of Ephraim- Book of Mormon Stick of judah- bible Another interesting piece, the church of Christ was established at the direction of God by Joseph Smith in 1830, 200 years before 2030, which many are now looking forward to as the coming of Christ. I just learned that the number 200 is assigned to the symbol called reysh which I understand, represents a king or prince in the berisheet prophecy. God called his church out of the wilderness in 1830, and because of evil doings of men and vanity and pride, the church had to go back into the wilderness once again, losing the spirit of God, and actually literally did go into the wilderness in Utah. God’s about to call his church back out of the wilderness again, but it won’t just be the Lds, it’ll be all his true believers all over the world from every nation, tongue and people it’s going to be Glorious.

✝️🇮🇱 He stands in Eternity. Moshe is the main prototype the Yeshua Moshiach. The volume of the book is written of Yeshua Moshiach. Jesus Christ aka Yeshua spoke how many times about His hour? How many times about His death ? FATHER YHVH is up front with Moses about Moses death as He was with Yeshua Moshiach. Our human understanding of time compared to YHVH , should we even try to compare ? Was it exodus 9 and 1 swapped ? Will look at that, but I will suggest that YVHv knows end from beginning and beginning from end so a 9 before a 1 is no problemo for Big Daddy YHVH. There is to many Bible codes that are fully functional with how the Bible in Hebrew is. Move one letter is like broken bones. Where the spacing is like joints out of place. 1000 year reign , Yeshua Moshiach gonna have a lot to teach. A little taste of heaven on earth before 8th day ...see revelation 21. Minute 48:00 Sinai not in Egypt. See Galatians 4.25 written by Saul Paul, he was Gamliel right hand man until Damascus gate. Sinai in Saudi Arabia east of Aqaba. Tim Mahoney has nice videos on this. Red Sea Miracle 1 and 2 He has 3 others, but those 2 are the better of that video set.

I encourage both of you to look at the life of Joseph Smith, he is the one like Moses spoken of by Peter AFTER Jesus Christ was resurrected and finished his ministry If you look at acts, chapter 3 verses 14 through 24, you will see that at first, Peter tells the Jews that they killed Jesus Christ, through ignorance, and he says in verse 18 “but those things which God before had showed by the mouth of all his prophets that Christ should suffer, he has so fulfilled. He then goes on to say he’ll send Jesus Christ again, (there is an account of this happening during Joseph Smith’s lifetime in 1836, in section 110 of the LDS doctrine and covenants,) who heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, and then he goes on the prophesy of ANOTHER type of Moses, who will come and says him shall you hear in all things whatsoever he shall say to you, and says that every soul which will not hear that prophet shall be destroyed from among the people. Joseph Smith was called onto a Mountain, (the hill cumorah) was given the oracles, along with a record written on plates of gold of a branch of the house of Joseph, who God lead to this land, prior to the leading away captive of Judah and Israel, by Babylon. These people took a record of the books of Moses and all of the books up to the words of Isaiah, with them according to the Commandments of God. God also commanded them to keep a record of their dealings with God, and also their periods of prosperity, famine and wars. So, like Moses, he was called up to a Mountain to commune with God, through his messenger, received oracles so he could give the law to the people, if you read the book of Mormon, you will find that there is not one thing in there that contradicts anything in the Bible, I promise. Also, like Moses, Joseph Smith, spoke presumptuously, took honor to himself for what he should’ve given glory to God for, and added to the things of God. (not speaking of the book of Mormon.) Because of this, God had him cut off before he could see the establishment of Zion, although he did show Joseph Smith, what was to come in the future, and indeed, Zion is not yet established, but it will be soon as I’m sure you both know. The book of Mormon is the stick of the frame, in the Bible is the stick of Judah. The parable of the woman who hides LeVan in three measures of meal means this, there are three watches, in which Jesus will come like a thief in the night, the first was when he came, and taught the Jews, was killed by them and resurrected, although many didn’t know who he was, the world did not, and was not aware what had happened and who had come, the second time he came in the second watch was in 1836 to Joseph Smith and Oliver Cowdery in a temple which they had established. According to God‘s commandments, we are now waiting for the third visit like a thief in the night, and then the whole will be leavened ❤ may God bless you all in the name of Jesus Christ

His long been prophesied but his people acted like they don't know him until today. Isaiah 53:1-12 8 "Because of restraint and judgment he was taken away; And who will concern himself with the details of his generation? For he was cut off from the land of the living; Because of the transgression of my people he received the stroke." Up until now u still deny Jesus and the holy spirit bestowed upon his disciples (2 Peter 2:1). And with chins up high, to mention God's name?! (Isaiah 64:7) No wonder in his coming, God will not be merciful even to his supposed nation.

Nehemiah... It's me. Tom Riley ... I'm the one you were speaking to when I said I'm a Torah living Christian. You asked me what that was? And I said Jesus told us to keep ALL of His commandments. So that's what I'm learning to do. Then we got into a discussion about Jesus in the Torah and you said you didn't see Him in there. Honestly, I was learning myself and I was just discovering Torah so I googled it and then wrote you a compelling argument why Genesis 3:15 was a Jesus reference and you said ALL YOU SEE IS A TALKING SNAKE. Which as I recall I had to agree with you because that's what the text says. Then you changed facebooks or blocked me because you got angry and I couldn't understand why? I didn't cuss at you or belittle you or do anything except make good arguments over certain references of Jesus in the OT... I've been watching your career all these years and was so proud when you got your doctorate! CONGRATULATIONS! I've learned so much from you AND I BOUGHT YOUR BOOK BY THE WAY ABOUT HEBREW JESUS and you taught me God's real name as well as Jesus'real name, too! THANK YOU! I ran a small thrift store called CHEERFUL GIVERS. We gave people clothes, household goods, etc IF THEY LET ME TEACH THEM GOD'S REAL NAME!! We were so blessed with donations... We taught EVERYBODY WHO CAME THROUGH THE DOOR HIS NAME AND WE NEVER SOLD ANYTHING... We always got other donations which covered costs so we just gave away everything WITH GOD'S NAME ... ALL BECAUSE OF YOU TEACHING ME GOD'S REAL NAME

Moses was over 80 years old. It’s very likely he used Joshua as a scribe or one or both used a Levite scribe. These were old men that possibly had poor eyesight or arthritis. This is of course my no-it-some speculation. I am not an Ancient Hebrew scholar or the son of an Ancient Hebrew scholar. 🤓

I like this channel. I'm just a random viewer and like this stuff. But, if you make assumptions about Joseph Smith that are assumptions... don't be surprised if it embarasses you later. Happens all the time. Then they invariably point out what "scholars used to believe" and hiw they were vindicated. Just side-step that as far as assumptions go. I get that you are trying to differentiate your work, and have other reasons someone like me won't understand, but don't worry about it. It's not necessary. You are plenty different already. I don't think anyone is confused. Just do your thing and let go anything that can prejudice other work so knee jerk reactions don't need later scholarly correction by your peers. Scholars used to assume they didn't have plates and that's pretty famous. And they had a bunch of other assumptions that just... were unnecessary. It's better to work with them. It helps. They work with many groups and scholars should have access amd help each other and not let competitive biases get in the way. Andy Skinner... he haf a relative work on some of those scrolls and grew up studying things like this. But he also has scholarly integrity. He studied at Denver Seminary and other places. He's retired but... talk to him. He might be interesting to interview on this channel. But if you let Bible-bashing get in the way... you'll lose viewers. Hinest differemces are fine. But accusing people of insincerity and fraud... is a pretty big assumption without really knowing what you are talking abouy and relying on what someone else says. Study the first hand evidence. Be academically honest. Not all your viewers are non-LDS. I find no benefit in shallow cynicism and recycled assumptions. If anything, it's so common it gets old. I get people have defense mechanisms becauae they are somehow afraid they'll suddenly convert into closeted Mormons... but it doesn't work like that.
