Hebrew is English. Searched Hebrew and Yiddish(Jews)alphabets and all of the Hebrew letters are found in the Yiddish Alphabet so how can ya say Hebrew. Germans are Gad. They sacked Rome in 441ad and the English language which is what Germans and Scandanavians spoke became the common language around 500ad. . I know they did not think up some new language between 70ad and 500ad

As someone who has been learning on Duolingo daily for the past 2 months I can tell you this video is definitely NOT for beginners, even for those like myself who can read the alphabet and have the advantage of knowing a similar semitic language, Arabic. Please adjust the video title to indicate this is meant for intermediate learners and NOT beginners !

I agree. I'm an Arab who can read the alphabet and have practiced quite a bit on Duolingo every single goe day for 2 months. This is not for beginners at all, even with the advantage of some similarities between the 2 languages.

learn vocabulary, write, listen to music, watch movies in the language, then come back to this video and try to comprehend the vocabulary they are using, experience and progress won't come fast, but slowly you mind will encode the auditory input and start learning, stay consistent
