I doubt that birds "give thanks and praise to the Lord." I think they only 'sing' to keep predators and enemies away from their territory. What they're basically 'singing' is: "Don't come close - stay away - stay away."

Have you never seen a happy birby? Or a pet parrot? They like to sing to show affection, and sing when they want to attract a mate, or when they are calling out to their fellow birds to figure out where they all are in the trees (or when they're hungry). True, sometimes birds also use noises to communicate territorial dominance, but that's only one of many meanings their songs communicate and I don't doubt that their form of "praising God" in their own song is also among them, I'd like to think that wolves howling to the moon do so in the same spirit.

@@BitchItsJules What I was replying to that (American and) christian-like phrase: "give thanks and praise to the Lord." Personally, I don't know (and nobody knows) why birds sing but what I **do** know is that the birds sing because Adoishem commands them to do. Especially at the time of sunset. So I only commented on the phrase. Not on the (overall / good) video.
