HEC-DSSVue: How To Create DSS Data Set For H&H Modelling

I create a dss file with precipitation data, I do everything according to the instructions. I set the start time to January 1, 1975 00:00 hours, but after saving and closing HEC-DSSVue, the start time shifts in one direction or another. Now instead of starting on January 1, 1975 00:00 hours, I have January 2, 1975 05:00 hours. This happens with all the data that I add, while the time can change both by 5 hours, and by 6 or any other number.

Yes, it has a coordinate system if you want to use gridded data.
