There isn't an arena in smite 2 and wont be for awhile they have to fully flesh out conquest first and she's an smite 2 exclusive god.

So in shortcut she is anti siege hero. Counter-pusher. Passive gives her nice oportunity to strenghten her most powerfull stationary ally.. or god Skill 1 it's button "Focus this one" Skill 2 is for "If you fight here someone will die" Like with Iset Skill 3 "Do not fight my target" and ult is simply "Talk to the manager!" or "GTFO!" or "Get out of my swamp!" I like how she is different in her spells even tho we have similar spells in other gods - she brings unique twist to them and nice combination of skills.

Where is the witchcraft? Where are is the triple goddess? Where is and the DARK hecate? She is the goddess of necromancy too. Why she use a staff? So many things are wrong

Her first ability is called triplicate form. There is a blue and purple copy of her, flying towards you and opening the portals during the ult. And the staff is actually a giant key. I get your point, but this kit is already a huge improvement from her first version

None of these scream wow we need a new engine. Her 1 is a boring projectile, her 2 is heimdall 1, her 3 is hera shield with explosion, and her 4 is horus ult but without the long casting time and port enemy to and away from her instead of ally, and the little portal left behind is maui 2

​@ozvespinoza3655 not saying she isn't fun or whatever, however, the dev team state that the reason they need to change engine is for backend stuff and allow more unique and complicated god. However, the first God of smite 2, the one that supposed to represent the capability of ur5 is just a mishmash of other god abilities which mean hecate could exist in smite 1.

Seems very slow burn like with a little utility sprinkled in. If her 2 really lasts that long til reactivation I could see those stacks being gotten easy for some good damage.

Same. As a found of SMITE, i dont see why they need a smite 2. Feels like a money grab tbh. The graphics look older than smite 1 and the ui looks older as well. They could simply polish smite 1 and keep upgrading it.

@@CreativeSmoreswell Smite one is kinda janky like League, But moving to a new engine and start from scratch sounds ideal since the devs can basically fix and rework Gods with no problem at all. Riot took a year ass long to rework Skarner

I can't shake off the feeling that I *HATE* her visual design. The color scheme, the geometric elements. It doesn't work. Morrigan and Morgan Le Fay out-Hecate Hecate. She's missing the dogs, the triple goddess aspect (a glimpse of her copy is not enough to bring about the whole Maiden, Mother, Crone thing), the fire, crossroads symbolism. Abilities aren't horrible but this strikes me as something a tricky utility mage like Chronos might suit more.

The kit looks neat, but I'm genuinely insulted by the character design. Hi-Rez's fixation with the "Sex Sells" fallacy has consumed even the vaguest whisper of Hecate's theme, which is especially crazy considering that Hades 2 has *thoroughly* proven that it's possible for a Hecate design to be both on-theme and sexy.

*Hades 2* May not take anything you say seriously after that. Hades 2 designs are a horrible mess which doesn't have any common theme going for them, as well as mixed with today's agenda. Hecate looking like dark-skinned version of the witch hunter from Warhammer Fantasy is just one of many examples of that. Random design choices which look completely out of place.
