So... this is a thing that now exists in the world. I know it will never be mine (nor would I want it to, truthfully, as that would be a waste), but I feel glad just knowing it exists somewhere. What an absolutely marvelous work of art.

Bro, If in 30 thousand years an alien race combs through our ruins and find this artefact they would understand so freaking much about us, it's a mathematical work of art to be used as part of social entertainment, constructed out of a synthetic grown crystal... It's a weird thing to exist and that's also a part of it's value

@@hedronrockworks I don't know what you normally use, but could an alcohol rinse work? You could spray it on to rinse off the dust, then the remaining liquid would evaporate. Might react differently with some of your dice like the stone ones, but most of your crystal dice should be safe.

every time you bring me back here, you outdo yourself, and not by a little bit. it's always some interesting gemstone, or you've got a new pattern, and this time, boy, you really outdid yourself with this one. I can scarcely wonder where 'up' is from here, but by the allmighty, I know you're gonna find it. those facets around the triangles keep fooling my eyes because the way they look keeps me wondering how the heck you managed a concave surface with your grinder. I joined you for this trip when you did that purple (my favourite colour) Amethyst Die, and it was so beautiful and perfect I could hardly believe it existed; that someone had made such a thing, and yet again and again you turn industrial crystals I've never heard of, as well as 'traditional' gemstones, into beautiful works of art.

Oh, by the way, minor correction, LuAG is a different material. this is Cerium-Doped Lutetium Aluminium Garnet (Ce:LuAG), not Lutetium-doped Yttrium Aluminium Garnet (Lu:YAG). Theres lots of these different materials so theyre easy to confuse lol. YAG is part of a series of synthetic garnets called Rare Earth Garnets (REGs). LuAG and YAG are both two different materials but are chemically similar. Both can be doped with cerium. Ce:YAG has a neon yellow color, while Ce:LuAG has a neon green color.
