it's a repeat job, if it didn't crack on their first time then the subsequent runs are going to be fine as long as there were no change to the board used. Just have to make sure your crease are rounded nicely like he did at 21:30

I work on easy MK 106, year 2016...Nice diecut, does the job but nothing will beat a Bobst, MK is too fragile, lots of flaws...In the demonstration, I noticed some errors during make ready.

Looks very close to a Bobst 102 machine. At least your using Marbach tooling, but please clean all that rust off the chase. I see a lot of bending over for the operator, and not being able to slide out the frame to install the center stripping unit board looked very cumbersome to install it.

I think that is not rust... Probably is very thin powder .. waste of laser cutting process on wooden moulds...

And the Promatrix 106 FC is available for die-cutting and stripping or for hot foil stamping.
