It’s never too late to enjoy R.E.M., but God were they magnificent in the 80s and they had their moments in the early 90s. Things weren't just the same without Bill on the drums backing the boys. Feedback isn’t one of their more “popular songs for the masses”, this is more for the real R.E.M. fans. You have great taste!

I just watched/listened to that one. Thanks for mentioning it. I REALLY wish that recording was better. Have you seen the one with Neil Young? He and Lofgren were frequent collaborators/bandmates at times, mostly the 70's. That version is my favorite with Young playing lead, but the Lofgren may surpass it if I can find a cleaner recording.

this is a very good but the Road Movie version is much better, more emotion from Michael Stipe and the guitar solo at the end has more about it. Both are well worth watching though.
