For an old timer, check out Bill Kenny of the Ink Spots. Don't know how tall he was, but in the videos he looks about a foot taller than the other Ink Spots, so if they're average height, he must be over 6 & a half foot tall. Most of these guys I never heard of, so I guess in popular music it pays to be short.

Yea he looks tall. The only source I can say has him at 6’3. I suppose that’s possible. I’d say one is about 7 inch shorter so would be 5’8 to 5’9. The other two would be around 5’5 to 5’6 if kennys height is correct judging by the pics

@@DataWatch. Roger Waters, bass and lead vocal for Pink Floyd after Syd Barrett left the group. Most pages list him as 6'3. And you can see how he either stoops or towers over the other members of Pink Floyd who are of more average height.

@@DataWatch. No he was definitely 6ft 4". Alot of sources are incorrect unfortunately. I saw him play live many times and he towered over everyone else ! You only have to see him on KZbin clips. His boots were like size 12 ! (British size) His brother Edgar is about 6ft 2 or 3 at least. He is also an albino. I also looked up Ken Hensley from Uriah Heep - one source says he was 5ft 8 ! If that's true I'll stand hanging! He was a giant- my ex husband who is 6ft 3 talked to him many times face to face and said they were both almost level.

I can attest to him being around 6'1 as I saw him live in Nottingham Rock City in December 2001 (with members of SYL) and I had boots on which had a generous elevation angle and Devin easily looked a solid 4inches above me. I peaked at a morning 175cm at age 20 and those old boots I had probably added close to 2inches. Devin probably had some lift in his footwear so I'd definitely go with a solid 6'1. He is incredible live though and one of my favourite singers (alongside Roy Orbison and I used to be a Sebastian Bach fan but not anymore)

As a diehard MUSIC lover, I am familiar with about 80% of the singers on this list. Wow, I did not realize, that (2) members of the K-pop(Korean) band, BTS, were OVER 6'2"!😲 I like BTS, and they have some great songs, and are really FANTASTIC dancers!🤗 Also, there a LOT of Country Singers, on this list, that are REALLY tall!☺ I am a FAN of a lot of these TALL singers, on this list, but MY favorites are: (1) David Ruffin, former lead singer of The Temptations, during the 1960's; (2) Deep-BASS voice, Barry White, of the 1970's; (3) Papa John Phillips, of the Mamas & Papas, of the 1960's; (4) Mick Fleetwood, of Fleetwood Mac, of the 1970's; (5) Steve Miller, of The Steve Miller Band, of the 1970's; (6) Snoop Dogg, of the 1990's, to present day; (7) Ric Ocasek, of The Cars, of the 1980's; and (8) Montell Jordan, of the 1990's!😎 GREAT list of ALL of the singers!👍
