I am a girl and I am self conscious about my height and still am. After I grew a little bit, I realized that my height is something I have very little control of (only 20-30%). I feel that I am lucky because I am a woman and usually height isn’t really what people look for in me, however, I feel upset for the men because height is something huge for them. If they’re too short, people won’t respect them as much as if they would if they were taller. And if you were too tall, you’d be called a freak.

I use the full length one's with the air bubble. I had half my meniscus in my right knee removed and six screws in my left ankle. The comfort is marvelous. I'm around 6'2 in shoes and weigh 251lbs. The downside; have to buy shoes a half size bigger.

Do your insoles add a solid two inches? The more absorption, I'm guessing the less actual height. I'm 5.75 so two will take me from short to average and that's all I care about. Also, will these work well in converse chucks? Thx!

I bought a pair, and I like them I’m 5’9 I’m not insecure about my height but Im on dating apps, and meet girls in person so any little improvement I can make on myself I’m going to try, and do that so I think these are like a small cheat code but not that big of a deal but again, making an improvement on one’s height is gold even if it is only 2 inches these are gunna take time to get used to, but please don’t wear these with shorts unless you’re wearing like a high top converse type of shoe but even than you if you’re trying to be discreet as possible about the insoles just don’t wear these with shorts. I’m a fast walker so I feel like you have to walk really slow in these. I recommend wearing a thin sock like athletic dri fit socks. So I’m 5’9 and in my tinder bio I put 5’11, and when I would meet girls they’ve told me in the past I’m shorter than 5’11 so I recommend just wearing these on meet, and greets, a meet up, when you meet up with a girl because at that point she don’t know how tall you wear before the inserts. But day to day life you might get called out for it because I think it’s noticeable you get taller. Wear them to the mall, grocery store, stores were you’re in the position to meet women I just bought these because I wanna be in a better position to raise my sexual market value. Looks, money, body, height, etc it all matters.

Im 185cm in morning barefoot, my hair is very short but i still comb it, and i measure with aerpsol can mathod on bathroom wall. I fall to 183,5 cm at night, 183cm after a long day but never bellow it unless i probably dont sleep enought for couple of nights and those few days were quite long. My dad is 182 in morning and 180,5 at night. I always wanted to be minimum 5cm taller than him, i believe i could have reached that potential if i wasnt sitting long hours in front of PC alot as a kid, my childhood wasnt evolving around it lol, dont think that, i was like that in 7th and 8th grade middle school only, i believe i might have grown slightly in high school idk. Anybody considering buying any type of height enhances you gotta know a few things. there not hard to cut, you've got to be a moron to not be able to cut it. The problem is when they go into your shoe NOT EVERY SHOE CAN DO THIS. You have to buy high top shoes and then to the second problem YOUR SHOE WILL BECOME TIGHT. It becomes uncomfortable but for some shoes you should be good to go.

leg lengthening surgery for 2 inches costs 70k and is extremley painfull and people have died for it aslong as it lasts and is comfteable and adds 2 inches 50 dollars is a steal you could calcuate how much men who are 2 inches taller make per year and it would make up for it, so yeah 50 dollars is worth it assuming it is what it is advertisted to be or atleast mostly

Most heel counters are about 2', your product will fill up the heels and end up with no support for the ankle, this is almost funny. so do you have an explanation for my comment?

Absolutely, our shoe lift is designed to fit any shoe that is of at least ankle height or higher, you are not supposed to wear height insoles with shoes that cannot support the depth of the height insole, which we consistently mention as the first rule of thumb when wearing height insoles. Secondly you can't walk in a shoe that the height insole completely fills, hence that defeats all purpose of wearing height insoles, what good is a height insole if you can't function normally in it? I can't stress this enough, and I assume that answers your question.

I bought these and wore them with Timbs. I was like an extra 3.5-4 inches taller. Felt kind of cool being taller out of nowhere. With regular shoes it's like an extra 3 inches. I wore them at work a lot so they kind of worn off but I might buy another pair later on. Overall good cool product if you're interested or curious to add height. This was my first time buying height insoles and I'm glad I watched this video first and came across these height insoles
