Honestly, he feels balanced. I was very unsure about him since I saw his damage numbers, stances, PEWGF. Hes very balanced.

Heihachi can do more damage in his wall combo if you do df3 1+2 qcf1 btw. I’ve noticed many heihachi players didn’t notice it has a blue spark

It's kinda hard to explain perfectly but Heihachi gains new moves, and like majority of his other moves gets buffed like really damn hard. Basically like ascended Heihachi from Tk7 but even bettef

First hit of hellsweep loses stagger (becomes safe and a mixup), FF2 hits from range 4, he gets a i12 launch punish (instant tornado), 112 wall carries/splats INSANELY far, F4 on a crouching opponent can also launch, FF3 is +1 ob, mid electric from fujinkamae is -3 instead of 10. Might be missing some more idk I forgot
