I have being saving for kazuha for A WHILE and, at all of the 4 stars the only one that I was slyly interested on was Ningguang because I'm building a mono Geo team and I pretended to put her in this team, so gaining some constellations would be cool. 60+ wishes latter and then I ended up getting c3 Heizou, c4 Thoma, not even a single copy of Ningguang, and I lost my 50/50 to Diluc. And them I'm here trying to see if Heizou can be useful for something for me

Also Anemo is arguably the STRONGEST shield shredder, as long as you have multiple enemies with multiple elements on, anemo will swirl on every single one creating multiple reactions and each one apply damage to shields. And most single-target enemies don't have shields to begin with.

Plus Heizou is anemo. Slap him some VV and he already hurts cuz even if your VV artifacts is +0 the 40% decrease elemental resistance is still there.

Ningguang would be the perfect DPS if not for her being Geo. 1. No charged attack stamina cost and can deal up to 2x more damage with max Star Jades 2. 3 E's in like what, 3 seconds? if you're not gonna do that, it's a guaranteed E every 6 seconds which can deal up to 35k damage each 3. Burst will whittle down a single target boss. 4. Range, can take down all kinds of shields (which will change to MOST shields if she was any other element) 5. Mommy

Not as simple as that. Her kit is design for geo, pure brute force with low energy cost, short cooldown, and relatively high multiplier (compared to her peers at least). If she were another element, i'd imagine her damage multiplier would be lower, her skill would also slightly change. She is perfectly fine geo dps, whether she is competitive with other unit or not doesn't matter, she works fine as is.

Heizou fixed my issue with Xiao. We finally get an Anemo DPS that can benefit more from Swirl, and is able to work well with sub dps like Xingqiu, Yelan, Beidou, etc

I thought yelan works with him? Just do a simple n1 plunge. It makes sure that you gain her a4 passive boost and to make it so that she's not just there for the DMG boost but to be a sub dps Although correct me if I'm wrong

@@ironspider_9522 she totally works with Xiao and by the end of her burst she increases each plunge by 10k+ (plus the exquisite throws dmg: 5k x3 for each plunge, with copium artifacts. Overall, during her and xiao's bursts, she adds something like 150k via throws damage and another 150k via plunge dmg increase. And that doesn't even take into account the buffed dmg for other party members: my albedo flower gets a nice boost too during her burst). So, overall, she is a competent support for Xiao, as well as a sub dps (directly and by buffing other sub dps, especially off field ones)

If you use him as your driver in a taser team, it makes Kuki a better option than she is in a sucrose taser team because you don't have to worry about the low range of her E since you're in melee range anyway. So if you REALLY need more healing in your taser team (if not then just use Fischl/Beidou/Yae/etc), he indirectly buffed her.

I’mma summarize for y’all, since the title was misleading and the video is relatively long: Heizou’s skill has pretty good damage. He doesn’t have a lot of options to shred anemo to be a carry, so his performance is hindered. His attacks hit like a wet noodle, and C2’s grouping is lackluster. EM is a niche build for him essentially locked to XQ/Fish. Standard damage spread is flexible, but runs into the issue of squeezing a full declension skill in before buffs run out-which non-declension skills are generally not worth it with the considerable declension damage scaling. Pull if you like him, but not if you’re expecting a god-tier character. I probably saved you 10 minutes.

Finally I someone who can use the Lost Prayer I didn't want from standard. Yanfei could also potentially use it, but I prefer Dodoco Tales on her because the immediate buff allows you to quickswap to supports without losing stacks. Heizou wants to be on-field longer so he can really take advantage of the stacks after you set him up with some off-field support.

I use him in an overload team with Bennett, thoma and raiden, so clearly not optimal, but punching out fireballs and lightning bolts and blowing shit up with EM buffed overload is just hilarious

I tried so hard to get a copy of Kuki. When I reached soft pitty for Itto I gave up on her. It paid off big time. In 3 wishes I got a 3 star weapon, Heizuo and then Kazuha. Best 3 wishes ever.

I did a single multi and got c1 heizou, I have him at lvl 60 lvl 4 element skill with lvl 90 r5 dodoco tales and he crit for nearly 30k. I just gave him my Xaio artifacts with over 200% crit dmg. With a 1.9k atk stat and no buff.

Didn't watch the video yet, but I feel like I can be veryvhappy that I pulled his c6 while pulling for Kazuha c1. The 4 stars in the banner are great for me. My Ningguang was still c3 and I had no Thoma.

I use Yun Jin (C6), Barbara, Heizou. 4th can be anything you have free. My Heizou is crit build (15% anemo and 18% ATK set) and comp revolves around him (wanted to make 4* Heizou main dps comp). Yun Jin gives huge boost to Heizou normal attack. Barbara is here to buff ATK (catalist) and provide reaction (ELe skill) so Heizou can fill up ele Skill charges. As forth char you can use Rosaria for freeze or Fishl for electro charged. I find this comp quite flexible.

Just got Heizou from standard banner, I missed out on him when I was taking my break from Genshin and I was bummed that I had missed him because as a fighting game player I love punchers. Building him is gonna have to wait though, I am currently in process of building a team for Nilou and my resources are going into her, Barbruh and Collei.

He is amazing. I pulled immediately for Klee and got him too. His skill is so good in my opinion and Burst too, and his attack is decent, and fast so you can build up his talent for the skill pretty quickly

@@keane2160 Probably yes but Heizhou again is not the best at grouping things together. His more a Sub Dps than support, because yeah his skill just dosent pull things together , so yeah, best as Sub or Main DPS. For Klee Sucrose, Kazuha or even Venti would be great because they pull everything to one spot and that works great with Klees Skill and overall atack

As a big fan of Anemo, I was so happy I got Heizou along with Kazuha. I got them in 40 pulls but that doesn't mean I didn't het a C6 Thoma while wanting to have a single Heizou. And yes, I pulled C6 Thoma and a C0 Heizou :)

Excluding Sayu and Gorou i feel like all inazumian characters had pretty weak kit with problems that were supposedly "solved" with constellations, however all of them really don't have much going on. Like Sara's c4 could very easily be in her base kit instead of the energy generation passive. Tohma literally got nothing up until c6. Not even getting started on Kuki who, for wathever reason, got the short end of every possible stick. Heizou finally looks like someone who's FUN to play and his playstyle gets better with cons.

Heizou is incredibly fun, i got him today at C0 and I'm absolutely delighted with his playstyle and capacity. Plus, given that i 36starred abyss with him at lvl60 on a taser team that's not exactly amazingly built, i think it's safe to say he's a pretty good unit :D

I just started the game, and my first character spin was him (litterly on the 3rd spin i got him), and after i told my friend he said: he is awesome, a main dps character, the only problem is, you will not level him until you at least get to imazuma, so i kinda started to speed run, after 3 day, i got to adventure level 30, and next day i hope i can get to imazuma, cuz i wanna main him really fast

His Elemental Skill currently has a bug it seems, and Hoyoverse has addressed it saying something along the lines that sometimes his fully stacked Elemental Skill will only do tap damage.
