Hektor, Nice job. What do you think of cassette mini split systems that install to the ceiling. Are they more complicated than standard mini splits?

Hi Hektor, Do you have any good subcontractors (reasonable price) for grading, and foundation? I have a small ADU project in Torrance and the City requires to cut and fill 4 feet deep and compact it before footing.
