At the 16-minute mark, there was a discussion about the 10 witnesses, starting with Abraham and Moses. I was reminded of the concept of a minyan in Judaism. According to Wikipedia, "The most common activity requiring a minyan is public prayer. Accordingly, the term minyan in contemporary Judaism has taken on the secondary meaning of referring to a prayer service." Was the use of these 10 witnesses implying that these names were fellow members of his prayer? Often, even the least faithful member of a Jewish congregation can serve an essential role by completing a minyan. 9 is needed, the 10th member must be there. Something to ponder.

I would like to donate money to scripture Central for the excellent work you do but when I tried to, I couldn’t because the donation form would not accept my Australian post code. I could not even use the ‘contact us’ button to report the error on the form design. Please help

I find it stunning that Nephi thought that the people in the time of the original Nephi. It is however clear that JS never would have written this. The information would have been too fresh in his mind.
