May God bless us, everyone. Thank you Brother Tyler Griffin. We pray also for you and your family as you testify of Christ with Courage. 😌

Broken health, broken family; thank you Brother Griffin for directing my awareness toward the realization that as Mormon experienced pretty hopeless circumstances, he persevered in and chose faith and reliance upon the Lord. Super helpful to me, and perhaps the most pertinent lesson this year to my own situation.

This last week I had a years long friend tell me he's shifted his business to side with greed and taking advantage of people instead of helping others. He told me nice guys get screwed and stay poor. I have watched him over this last year turn to darkness. It's been heartbreaking to me. It really made me sad when he tried to persuade me to join him in his terrible behaviors. I keep watching my friends and family drop one at a time. The powers of darkness are real and they are strong. I'm glad I'm rooted in the Spirit of Christ. I'll keep fighting the fight and keep the faith.

Good morning Tyler I was listening to your presentation today on Mormon I have been going through some deep trampoline situations and comparing to how the people back then turned their back on God and the price that they paid. as you clarify letting us know that we still have a choice to make to return back to God and welcome him with four arms and to repent and to move forward with his love. He is consistently always there for us and we need to put more trust in him

Sometimes I think my things become slippery and I can't find them. However, the Lord knows where they are. He will always help me find what is so important to find. If I don't find it then it was not meant to be found. That's just me thinking. I can always be incorrect. Always strive to find that which is mist important. ❤ Brother Powers

If Jesus is the advocate with the father, does Jesus judge us or does God judge us at the day of judgment?

@josephinajohnson75912 ай бұрын
I did have to translate your message. I found this part profound: Quoting part of your message: they could search in their own records how happy they were living in consecration, they could listen to the prophet preaching.

This is Ok. But Remember theres many globally who are not LDS and are not familiar with the Book of Mormon : SO Please QUOTE DIRECTLY FROM THE BOOK OF MORMON SCRIPTURES, so people understand ..Then follow Up with Your Opinions and Teachings .. thank you.

I want to give constructive critisism as a separate comment. I noticed the use of AI images in this lesson and I want to encourage you to avoid using AI in the content. To give some reasons why AI art is harmful: - The models are trained without permission on anything scraped from the internet which includes among other things copyrighted material and sexual abuse of minors - The environmental cost of AI is massive. - Normalizing AI content greatly benefits scammers, propagandists, and abusers (e.g. recent South Korean deepfake porn scandal) and blurs what is real and what is not. - Massive number of hardworking people are losing their jobs due to it while wealth keeps on gathering to the few. The list could go on. Many people find the use of AI immoral and as such I would encourage you to consider other image options like sticking to pictures in Church library or even not having pictures at all. As someone working in tech field I witness daily the harms of Generative AI so I often speak out about it when I can. But regardless of what you choose to so in this matter I will continue watching your lessons and let them uplift and inspire me. Thank you for your work!

What are the benefits of AI?
@ZafervaimАй бұрын
@ I would argue that with overwhelming negative impacts of AI any benefits it might have are not worth even considering. But let’s not discuss this topic further as it distracts from the excellent lesson in the video.

I am working with a none member. We got a lot more out of it when your 2 daughters were on with you. The big spill at the beginning does not help. most people want to hear how the scriptures helps and pertains to us. after fast forwarding through a lot of today's lesson , I went to line upon line and he got more out of their 7 min. version than yours. You have given some great lessons. Please stick to just teaching the scriptures and not other stuff that looses your audience and any seminary class. Thank you very much. .

@@charless.crawford981 This week's lesson really helped me. I loved it. Each week and subject and presentation hits differently for me. My husband reminded me that non members can go years being taught by different missionaries before they are touched by the one missionary that touches their heart to continue towards baptism. My son's patriarchal blessing said the people in his mission...Uganda / Ethiopia...would recognize him and the truthfulness of the gospel by his voice. The spirit speaks to all of us differently and at different times. I think Tyler just needs to keep teaching the same as he always has which seems to be by the spirit
