HELD ON $25K BAIL FOR 1ST AMENDMENT | TARGETED ARRESTS?

This was on Saturday February 11th 2023 at approximately 1111, outside of the Salem district courthouse, in Salem Massachusetts. As I showed up to a traffic stop I was approached by sergeant Bedard of the Salem police department. He had informed me that I had a warrant for my arrest, this Was for a no harassment order violation. That no harassment order was extended for 2 years by a judge that asked for no evidence of any of this city contracted workers claims. As they committed perjury by lying on the affidavit to get this order in the first place. This seems like targeting for my 1st amendment as the DA's office asked for a stay away order on the Salem Police in another case. Only 2 months later they found a way to keep me away from many if the scenes.

Long story short, as the police report reads on August 19th 2022 I was attacked for filming a medical emergency of a person that I knew. I was then arrested for allegedly pushing the attacker away from me to stop him from furthering an attack. November 8th 2022 a city contracted 1st responder file the no harassment order on me after they had commented on my livestream. A hearing for that no harassment order was held on November 18th 2022. Judge Mori did not ask for any evidence of any of the accusations against me. He had said that he was gonna take everything that she said as 100% fact. He then asked the plaintiff how long they wanted the no harassment order to be extended, which he extended it for 2 years. This arrest is from the allegations of me violating that no harassment. You do realize that there will be no suit. I haven't seen or heard anything that would encourage a lawyer to accept in a contingency case. If he were to hire an attorney with his own funds, minimally $25K, I haven't seen or heard anything that would indicate any award approaching $10M or even approaching $1 for that matter. From my experience I've heard threats of lawsuits in countless videos by the auditing community, probably over 1,000 times. Of these I'm only aware of 5 of these where the auditor actually filed a suit. Best of luck regardless.

No Judge is going to grant such an order. As we all know a Judge is a cog in this corrupt machine that is the criminal justice system. I'd say 99% of judges will see it from and Judge things in favor of law enforcement. I've had multiple cell phones ripped out of my hands and smashed or confiscated when trying to record law enforcement, be it recording for myself or recording someone else's interaction with law enforcement. This entire ordeal is such bs. They're investing so much time energy and resources to intimidate you into stopping. I don't want to get into the details here. I've been viciously assaulted Massachusetts Police in Springfield West Springfield amd Chicopee Massachusetts. I've always tried to record interactions with law enforcement and it enrages them and it ends with a broken phone a beating and an arrest for public disturbance or trespassing you name it anything to get me in hand cuffs so they can show me whose in charge. I haven't had much interaction with law enforcement outside of MA to compare however what I do know is law enforcement in Massachusetts is a part of the problem not the solution. These cops who've been in law enforcement for decades need to go. It's so screwed up that these boomers are training the new cops and essentially are teaching them the ropes, in turn the circle of police brutality hate and intimidation keeps rolling down tracks. Please get a constitutional lawyer and file a case in federal court for violation of civil rights and that will stop everything. Photography is not a crime. Seems like you should be able to at least petition for a copy of the data on your devices to use for your defense in court. They are targeting you. They don't like being held accountable & recorded, so they are going to try to get you in prison. The judge is going to help them, because the judges also don't like being held accountable or recorded. That's why so many of them make illegal rules to ban cameras in their court room or courthouse.
