I realize the case of Mrs Roberts was a good while back. Yet, regardless of that time passing, there are still so many people who will act as judge, juror and executioner simple because someone does or doesn’t act how they feel the person should. It’s a sad fact!

Done for MONEY. THE LOVE OF MONEY is the root of EVIL. This beautiful Godly married couple was brutally torn apart by a sellfish Godless creature. We honestly all grieve differently like for instance when my grandmother died I didn’t even shed a tear I was so depressed and sad but never cried. Than randomly like 8 months later I was at home watching a movie called “memories of midnight” (the book is 20x better than the movie but the movie is still a masterpiece) anyhow that was my grandmas favourite movie and I honestly just bursted out in tears i littarly cried for 3 weeks straight I was cryin so bad my Irish neighbour named ms Mcinnes heard me crying she than came talked to me and made me a full chocolate cake. She’s such a caring lady 😊 reminds me of my grandma i ended Yo going to Africa to visit my grandmothers grave and I felt like a new man.

I’m happy you had such a caring neighbor! That is a wonderful gift when you needed a little comfort & care. I was the same when my grandfather passed away. I couldn’t cry. I don’t know if it’s bc I had to be strong for my mom or what but I just couldn’t. Three months later on Father’s Day I just broke down. He was the only father I ever knew. It took weeks for me to stop crying. Had I not experienced that, I may not be able to understand that others don’t react the expected way.

People grieve in many different ways. I for example, grieve by keeping a stoic face because I don't like it when people try to console me, and some of my friends will openly grieve and look obviously miserable and heartbroken. It's sad that because killers can blend in so well that the police will start suspecting innocent people

@rayne6737
@rayne6737 Жыл бұрын
Another thing I have noticed is that for someone going through the grieving process doctors instantly want to put them on medication. This has happened to multiple people I know. This would also make people less emotional which other are going to judge as people always do. I’m against medicating people, unless it’s absolutely necessary, because we are supposed to grieve in our own way. Medication inhibits that process and people do not end up dealing with the loss.

When my Mama was murdered (by her stepson, who also murdered his father at the same time), I never cried or showed emotion in front of other people. Partly because I didn't want others falling all over me with hugs and tears, but also because my Mama never approved of public displays like that, and I felt I owed it to her to behave in the way she would have expected. All my breakdowns were in private.

I just googled to see if Luis or the Juanita were ever found and they were not. The kids name in this is wrong, Jamie Estrada was his real name, not Himie*. Maybe it was a nickname? He died 17 days after being shot. He wouldn’t have died if they would’ve taken him to a hospital as he requested. The infection killed him. He was innocent of everything. Two of those kidnapped received zero time for their testimony. They owed over $100,000 each. “Both will testify under grants of immunity from prosecution, he said.” “A third victim, Jesus Flores, was the 50-year-old father of a drug dealer who a month earlier had been arrested in Iowa delivering a kilo of cocaine. But the fourth victim, Jamie Estrada, the Milwaukee youth, was wrongly suspected by the defendants of owing a drug debt, Stoll said.” What’s crazy is the chick Juanita, is not mentioned in any of the case filed that I could find. Heime* was just a baby. He was innocent in all of this and was murdered for no reason. 🕯️🕊️ he must’ve been terrified. That case made me so emotional. The chick will live with what she’s done for the rest of her life. I hope it eats at her and she gets no rest. I hope Luis and Juanita are captured. For all we know they’re together in a place that has no extradition to the states.

I think the FBI is more interested in partisan politics when they should be unbiased. It seems as if they decide “who did it” and ignore everyone else and then start trying to prove they are right. FBI and other law enforcement should be completely unbiased and go where the real truth leads them.

That’s the hope we have as Jesus says in the Gospels. We do not grieve as others bcz we grieve with Hope. I’m sure Doe is with the Lord. Terrible that an evil man used her Love & concern she had for her husband against her. I know this case was in the 90s so I’m sure by now Doe & her husband are reunited. I hope he was able to forgive. It would be hard. I hope she didn’t suffer very long.

The husbands story became more suspicious?! or maybe it’s because the guy “Sam wagoner” was really a bullshit name and that’s why they couldn’t find him anywhere because it wasn’t his real name. It was a made up name because it was really the asshole from the church that was supposed to be so close to the family. I had a bad feeling about him from the start when he kept involving himself in the case. Not to mention he was trying to pin it on Allen low key. I feel so bad for Allen, not only do you lose your wife but then you learn the person you were so close to from your own church was the murderer and kidnapper. Talk about betrayal. I feel so bad for this poor husband. The guy is so loyal and innocent. A lot of times I feel like it’s so cliche when they say it’s always the husband or person closest to you. I feel like that’s not always right and sometimes they waste so much precious time accusing the people in the family and then the real killer gets farther and farther away

Seems the perp in every kidnapping or SA case involves themselves in the cases more than they should. Even the little red headed boy {Eric Smith} that murdered the 4 year old Derrick Robbie, he involved himself so much. Btw, that little boy is 42 now and free. He killed that poor woman for no real reason. He should’ve never did what he did. She trusted him and thought her husband was hurt. So heartbreaking. Since he kidnapped her, he should’ve never harmed her. Yes, I know he should’ve never kidnapped her in the first place; that’s obvious. He had no reason to do her harm. He could’ve stayed anonymous, collected the money and let her go. I’d lay out money the family would’ve let him get away for Doe’s safe return. We don’t know what we would do in that situation and I hope none of us ever have too. We live in an evil world. It’s getting worse by the day. ✝️🕊️🕯️🙏🏽🆙

Its crazy when you call the police for help in a serious situation your always suspect number one. Ill never for get i was 21 in Hayward ca at my boys house we had came outside in front of his apartment to talk, me him and our other boy. He live in a roundabout on the coner coming in. So this car came in and came back down stop infront of us and people always do this they are usually lost. They rolled the windows down and said somthing we didnt hear but GOD put this feeling on me and my boy was walking to the car say what did you say? And i looked and seen the face of the diver looked like a demon right when my boy step towards the car i grab him and said run. All three of us ran 3 shooters got out the car we had to run up the driveway with no cover its was about 20-25 yards of no cover. We all got to this little opening and i fell but the way i fell felt like somone grabbed both of my feet from under from behind i fell on my chest literally. I got up didnt see one of my boys but the other one was on the fence waiting for me and the dudes were on foot chacing shooting. I remember i couldnt hop the fence the first 2 times and i thought they were still coming, i put my head down and closed my eyes and excepted it (i promised myself if ive ever in a life or death situation like this ill never give up like that again). My boy was yelling at me to come on i threw my self over the fence. And i fell through this shed i was in a different back yard as him and when i looked up he was still on the fence and he was shot he didnt even know it. In his shoulder from behind out the front so he was coo. Mind you this was random we dnt bang. We were hiding until we heard the police and when we went back to the scene i got to see that they shot at us over 57 times only 1 of us got shot 1 time. My boys mom was yelling at the cops because they were acting like oh well they said yea what did your sons do this is probably retaliation. Fuck the police thats how i feel they dnt help my community they profile us. I still thank god till this day as much as i can . I had my first born child my son 2 months before this situation..i couldnt imagine him not know me or me not having my second son.

Because of that kind of attitude an innocent child died. Your job will replace you the day you die but you’d give them loyalty? Weird but ok. They don’t care about you. There’s many crooked cops and I personally have no use for them but an innocent child? I’d help in a heartbeat. I’d deal with the consequences later after giving the information. Pay phones should’ve never been private information. I truly hope you’re never in the situation someone can save your life but choose not too because of a technicality. Sometimes you have to do the wrong things for the right reason. The innocent life would be the right reason. Human life keeps getting devalued. We’re on a rocking thin slope of no turning back. @@waypay1I think they wasted a lot of time for no reason on the husband. He cooperated fully at every request. They spent months watching him instead of the treasurer. He doesn’t deserve a name. That’s the what the other person said too. They wanted it to be the husband so bad they had the perp under their nose the whole time. Kidnappings are usually done by someone known to the victim. It’s rare for it to be someone unknown. Not saying it doesn’t happen but it’s rare. Dude was way to involved in the case. That should’ve been an immediate red flag when he was constantly asking for details. He should’ve never kidnapped her. He should’ve never killed her. Why didn’t he just let her go? He was going to end up in prison regardless. I’ve never heard of a case where ransom is involved that they get the money and run free after. It’s a really dumb crime. Why people chose to do it is beyond me. They almost always kill the person too. It’s a no win situation crime. I’ve heard of people hacking stuff or blackmailing someone and getting the money and getting away but never kidnapping, ransom and getting away.

Why the government doesn't make laws more severe for kidnappers and domestic terrorists playing with explosives? Just give them the death penalty. Forget about life in prison. They don't deserve to live among us.lm not talking about a divorce parent that takes his or her child away, lm talking about the ones that do it for profit or revenge.
@jordy1007x
@jordy1007x 5 ай бұрын
Think about it like this - if you are getting the same sentence (death) for kidnapping as you are for killing someone… you would probably go ahead and kill them. Kidnapping takes more planning & time than just walking up and killing someone. Also, you mentioned you weren’t talking about divorced parents who take their children. That can get sticky too. Do you mean a parent that doesn’t have custody that takes their child? If so, that is usually done out of revenge on the ex spouse (in your comment you said you didn’t mean people who kidnap for revenge). Some parents do take their children and run due to abusive situations, which I agree shouldn’t be considered kidnapping, but that goes back to my comment that said it gets very sticky. That is just good parenting, but you should be doing it through legal aid service (usually free if going through a shelter) or contact police when you are able.

The old Italian guys used to FuQ with my boy and say - Your going to get kidnapped for ransom one day. Then we're gonna get a box mailed here and it's going to have your ear in it boy. Then we gotta decide how much the rest of your body is worth. Dead or Alive. That shyt definitely used to bug my boy out. 🤣🤣
