I will always believe Helen Keller was put on earth for a purpose. She served her purpose,is now in heaven, with her hearing and sight, surrounded by sound and beauty. God bless her teacher, who was a saint in her life. Both served their purpose to mankind on earth. Both are rewarded with eternal peace in God's heaven.

TRULY, Miss Keller is one of THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WOMEN (inside and OUTSIDE 😉) that I have ever had the pleasure and HONOR of seeing and hearing. This lovely woman was what I believe to be a GIFT FROM GOD, AN "EARTH ANGEL". Words elude me to really convey what I feel about Miss Keller. God bless her, and God bless all y'all!!🙏🙏🙏🙏🌈🌈🌈🌈💚💚💚💚👏👏👏👏

She was inspiringly radiant in that last picture with Patty Duke. I loved her in a sari :o) The kind of intimacy that would have been involved in her touching faces to 'see' them; I'm sure she felt their souls, and I'm sure, whether they knew it or not, the recipients of her touch received a precious gift from her soul.

Whenever I let my depression get the best of me, I remind myself of two of Helen Keller's quotes. "I am only one, but still I am one. I cannot do everything, but still I can do something; and because I cannot do everything, I will not refuse to do something that I can do." and also, "Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved." She never let her limitations stop her.

Thank you very much for these precious photos. The music is perfect too and very sweet.Helen Keller was a very charming little girl but it is sad that she never saw her own face. But God gave her many gifts like perseverance, talent for writing and learning, and love and joy inside her heart. He also gave her Ann,the wonderful and patient Ann sullivan who never gave up.Helen never saw the world around her ,and people neither and she never heard their voices but she had a full and wonderful life with real friends who truly loved her.She gave the world a lesson of hope.

How absolutely wonderful! I was never aware that Miss Helen Keller became so educated, writing many books! My daughter portrayed her at the Arkansas Sciences and Theatre here in Pine Bluff, Arkansas in 1995. I could not attend due to my hip being dislocated in a car accident. 😭😭 She was given wonderful reviews for her portrayal.

Helen was truly a remarkable and beautiful woman. I would have loved to have had the chance to meet her, if only I was around when she was still here. Very few people I'm aware of can measure up to what she aspired to do. She (Helen), may not have agreed with me, but I only say what I feel to be true. If there was ever another person that has overcome more hardships in life because of circumstances outside his or her control, I've yet to meet them. Helen was simply one of a kind. Whoever runs this channel, you have my sincerest gratitude and admiration for all you have done to educate others about the life of this amazing woman. Thank you for uploading this and the rest of your content about her.

As a nurse who had many private positions...it's the one, who can't communicate, that you make breakthroughs on... that you tend to stay with out of satisfaction. You really understand the person you care for and help others to understand their ways of communication. You become protective and an advocate to see that your patient's requests, through signs and or certain moans or miss-spoke words, are understood by others in their life. Persons with severe disability and communication problems are ingenious with finding ways to teach us what they want or are conveying. Only, we who don't have communication problems, waste so much time trying to get them to speak normal language, which they may no longer be capable of. You must always observe the patient with communication deficits at all times. Their movements, moans, as related to, whatever the correlation is... with what is going on with them.

Absolutely beautiful, how teaching life's road can become an extra ordinary journeys, as it is for Helen Keller. I think everyone needs a teacher maybe not as much as Helen Keller, because teachers can bring out the beautiful person inside and how strong a human we are once we stand for our ground as individuals. Teachers remind you that they are like a light in darkness inside the person. I liked her movie she had a great teacher who only God can bless, she had a very tough teaching because all Helen wanted was freedom from the darkness that bondaged her, but the teacher helped her in the light. Good story with a happy ending. The name of this song is noctune played by classical musical piano, Chopin.

You know something I've realized? She always seemed to smile the most compared to those around her. Just goes to show how much we take for granted. I'm sure most of us can see and hear, and yet it is those of us who have so much who complain so often. Helen Keller was an inspiration and still is. She is a remarkable woman who has taught us that nothing can stop us from leading full and successful lives.

Reality lesson....Word is truth. Helen Keller was one of the few people to never sin. She did not sin one time. Amen. Hear no evil. See no evil. Speak no evil. She did neither. A lot of people may not realize this but she was telepathic. She actually taught her teacher how to communicate with her. Think about it. True story. But yeah thanks to her for being there.

The last image of Patty Duke and Helen Keller was touching. For those not in the know, Duke portrayed Helen in "The Miracle Worker" on Broadway and in the 1962 film for which she received the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress.
