oh she has a clue all right, shes being MADE to announce this, and back it....its all part of a plan to make society unstable and unsafe, releasing criminals onto the street, so society will become unstable and unsafe. WHY? to create a society that is SO unstable and SO unsafe that the masses will DEMAND a return to normal peace n safety ie fearmongering gone wild, so when ONE person appears promising peace n safety IF you take HIS mark an in hand ID elec chip..which is called? the mk of the beast!
