This is the result of me trying to imitate the crunchiness and chewiness of Myeongnyang Corn Dogs... lol
I will now reveal that recipe!
*I use the standard U.S. measuring cup, which is 240mL.
1 cup of glutinous rice flour + 1/2 cup and 1/4 cup of hot water
1/2 cup of frying powder + 1/4 cup of milk
1Tbsp of sugar
1/2tsp of salt
1tsp of baking powder
bread crumbs
potato
frying powder
vegetable oil
skewers
string cheese
frank sausages
*Coating the sausages and string cheese with flour makes sure that the sausage does not fall off easily from the frying batter. However, if you do not coat the sausages and string cheese with flour, then it is much easier to coat on the frying batter.
