Well Erik Games indeed replicated one of their mission into a single game, but it isn't like they took their development code or anything else. This was more as a tribute to GTA. I feel bad for Erik Games, because first of all Sony allowed this on PSN. Hopefully this will not be a setback for Erik Games.
