Kajol is a great actress.She was a Megastar in the 90s and is an absolute natural.She is great in Kuch kuch hota hai,DDLJ,Kabhi khushi kabhi gham,Pyar to hona hi tha,Fanaa, and her best I believe was Dushman and Gupt.She won the filmfare for best villain for Gupt.Priyanka Chopra was another won who won it for Aitraaz.No other actress won after or before them

Crazy Vives Ab zyaada go gaya Bhai.Kajol is hugely talented but her talent is unexplored ,plus she is lazy and works only with friends.In her own words,she does not understand most genres of movies as her only the happy mainstream films make sense.This is her drawback.She is capable of a lot but she has always played safe.Even back in the 90s she only did the big films,Dushman is a respectful work from her but her attitude is very bad and uninspiring.On the other hand ,Rani experimented with roles -be it Yuga,Black or Bunty Babli.If Kajol really has it in her,then she should prove herself without Karan Johar or Yash Raj films.I'm a huge admirer of her talent but her attitude as a professional is like that of Kareena.Lastly,the biggest litmus test for any actor is versatility..which we haven't seen a lot from Kajol..hence she needs to prove herself..apart from just comedy or serious roles
