i used neo 16 i7 13700HX and 4050 for almost a year. The issues I had were: 1. Had a window corrupt issue once during update. Thankfully I had backups. 2. Had a fan noise issue. The noise was unbearable. Took almost a month for fan replacement. Yeah, that's it. Other than that i used the laptop to its roughest. Continuous heavy usage for 4-5 days at once. Still no issue in performace. Fans do get clogged quiet often, so remember to clean them in regular intervals. Do get a stand or it will greatly hinder its thermals even on bed or table. No issue with screen or freezing or anything as such. Still working as new. I mostly use it for gaming and coding and editing if wondering. Thanks. *Another things if possible do get the extended warranty. The parts are hell expensive if something gets damaged after Warrenty. The warrenty is cheaper while buying.

Using 4060 for 6 months and faced following problems: Screen bleeding but is not that noticeable, screen flickering,and way too much memory consumption only when we use battery saver, but the main problem is it's way too heavy it could be a problem if you have to carry it for longer duration.

Pros: Raw Performance, Thermals, Display Brightness & Color, Keyboard, Build Cons: Screen Bleeding Let's talk about Predator Sense, it's not only for neo 16, it's for all predator laptops. after every windows update, just uninstall & reinstall the predator sense app. That's it! & if thermals became bad, then reapply the liquid metal. that's it.

Fan noise bohot hai 4. No ms office 5. Camera quality is bad 6. Mic quality is also decent 7. Dont go with 512 gb because only 420gb usable which is soo low Pros . 1.Beast gaming laptop 2. I get 5000+ fps in Minecraft in 1.20.4 3. Best display with 100% rgb and and 165 hz refresh rate and 400 nits brightness 4. Speaker is awesome with sound mode in dtx setting 5. Keyboard is good tactile feedback and rgb lights

Run anti-virus or windows scan to check what is taking space....or reset the laptop....if there are applications like macafee or any monitoring application usage of 45% is normal

Predator helios neo 16, i7 13700HX , 4050 with bank and exchange offer Rs. 96000 tak mil raha hai And Lenovo LOQ, i7 14700HX, 4060 with WQHD screen mujhe Rs. 119000 ko mil raha hai Mein Gaming jyada nahi karata but 4K video editing ke liye laptop lena hai jiska display accha hona chahiye, weight jyada hoga to bhi chalega and my budget is around 120000 Please suggest and Please reply

I bought Helios Neo 16 laptop yesterday and my Fan speed are different like Gpu = 5940 rpm Cpu = 6400 rpm is ok to use these in these rpm or should i replace it ASAP ?

Yes noise is loud It not a problem bcoz processor and gpu is powerful So fans will run faster to cool the system If you like silent machine then it will sure bug you in long run For me I love fan noise 😅 Some how satisfying to hear😊

If you thinking to buy it Go ahead and buy check whole laptop after delivery if u satisfied then use it Also some user complaining like heating and battery issue Bcoz specs it will heat also battery will drain You can feel heat in keyboard but temperature is moderate in the cpu

My suggestion is to go with ROG because ROG's service is best ever and every ROG products by default come with an international warranty. About the service center, in my location I haven't seen any first party Acer service centre, but there are multiple Asus service center I can see. And yes, ROG laptop's service can be done in Asus service center too. I assume Acer lacks service center in a huge amount across entire India too whereas Asus have more than enough.
