I am using this laptop from last 4 months, One day while playing game it suddenly crashed(freezed) and when I tried to start it again it showed no bootable device found, when I checked in bios my 1TB SSD was not detecting there, so I called Acer support and they checked and replaced my SSD in 5-6 working days but I lost all my projects and data in SSD as it was totally bricked. After that Laptop started to heat(around 80-85) by just watching videos on youtube, but if you keep fans on custom speed it's ok, frankly I love this laptop but after SSD issue it is not working like It was before, screen freezes for 1-2 seconds randomly 4-5 times a day.

Usage of battery backup is only recommended when you don't have wire option nearby....because it's all about the number of cycles a battery can run...so better use wire & when leaving it for long hours jus shutdown & remove wire

@@zak0r620 listen bro lenovo good as well! and yes buddy don't regret your choice... and coming back to acer, I've been using this laptop for around 1 month and there are no problems to be countered! and there is no over heating issue as well. jinka over heating hota hai let me tell u smth, in this series they use same aero blade fans in i5 4050 to 4070 i9... so I'm assuming using jo fans tumne base varient pe use kiya hai agar same varient wala fan top varient pe v use hoga then ofc top varient pe heating issues ayega since they draw more power!!! that's a major draw back of acer... agar top varient chahiye then go for acer predator, instead of acer predator neo series... the OG predator has better hardware to supp top varient specs! and yes Lenovo is a good laptop so don't regret your choices... but I'll say the price to performance of predator helios neo 16 i5 4050 is the perfect option man! literally there is no regret.... I've played every game in this in max settings... (ofc in heavy titles u need to tweak some settings to get better fps in negligible quality compromise) and you won't regret gaming on this device at all! perfect for every game, so I'll say 4050 i5 is enough for almost everyone... and if u want a higher variant then go for only Helios predator and not neo series! and talking about thermals, i never have to go turbo mode, performance mode pe h i play all games seamlessly and temp has always been below 75°C (29°C room temp) and i play all games seamlessly... kavi v iss laptop ka full potential unlock karne ka zarurat pada h nhi...

and dw the screen is always perfectly fine and no bleeding and truly supports 165 hz always in every opt, not to Mention I've an external 1080p 75hz monitor connected with it all the time..... and battery backup is also pretty decent... like in normal usage in battery saver mode.. like i got 4 hrs max! The thermals are good in omen too but the build quality isn't so good for the price and display quality of Helios Neo 16 is much much better than Omen 16 ....better resolution.... Better color gamut...better brightness baaki its your choice omen thoda sa light weight hai iske comparison me

1) battery draining while charging - replacement has been raised but it's been 4 working days service engineer hasn't received the battery 2) audio distorting while using predator sense - customer care guy asked me to install audio drivers now its showing no output devices. 3) poor customer care support

@@workwithstyle battery has been replaced and still its reducing while charging and now the customer care is saying i need to delete everything from my pc then the new battery would work fine. Audio still distorts if I open predator sense and its updated. Everything is updated still this issue is happening. I've tried gaming on different sockets but even when its 100% and connected to charging the battery still reduces slowly. One day I was playing for 3-4 hours straight and it came down to 85%. I noticed few very quick glitches while I'm watching something and Idk if it happens usually on windows or is it just happening on my laptop.

Great Video....and yes completely agree with you , agar hamari requirement hi nahi to 4060 and 4080 pr jana hi kyu....but i have noticed, that 4050, 4060, 4070 TGP doesn't cross 100 watts due to NVIDIAs voltage limit so we can go with lower TGP GPU and will get same performance

@@utkarshsaxena727 rtx 4080 and 4090 go beyond 150W Only 4050,60,70 are voltage limited to not push beyond 100-105W They reason is very simple, these dies are very power efficient and have marginal gains beyond 100W, if I keep on turning up the heat to boil water, beyond 100⁰C it's no longer useful due to the fact that 100⁰C is it's boiling temp, similarly the GPU will not perform any better beyond 100W because that is it's die limit

I can reply, yes performance will go down overtime. You must take care of your device and avoid cpu and gpu overheating. I suggest investing in a laptop cooler such as IETS500 to keep temps down when playing. Do not play HIGH INTENSIVE GAMES FOR TOO LONG to avoid damage. 2-4 hours would be decent enough if playing games on a daily basis.
