Basically, Charlie(the one in red) is telling the angels (the other two) that she doesnt want angels to continue killing demons to solve the over population problem. Instead, she proposes that she rehabilitate sinners though her Hazbin Hotel to make them virtuous enough to pass through Heaven's gates. She's not saying that heaven and hell are the same, she saying that she can redeem sinners (bad people) and make them "good" (like the angels). If she sends people to heaven by redeeming them, the population of hell decreases and the angels wouldnt have to kill them to curb it. The other angel (the one singing) tells her that the sinners had their chance to be good on earth, thus "hell is forever". He doesnt believe that sinners could be redeemed nor does he believe that she should try, because this death and suffering is what they deserve.

More Hazbin Hotel hell yes! You got a _lot_ right in your afterthoughts. I don't want to give too many spoilers, but yeah, the gist is that once a year the angels fly down to Hell and basically do a murder purge of its inhabitants to keep them "in line". The lady is Charlie, Princess of Hell, who is trying to fix the situation. (Also, this particular angel is an absolute dick.) I am loving these reactions and so here for them!

If hell is forever then heaven too. Adam has become an asshole over the years. When he lived, he physically could not commit a sin (yes, the story with the apple, but for this he was punished by getting out of Eden). While he lived he was most likely a good guy, but after he died and went to heaven Adam gradually began to become an asshole. Now he is here, the leader of the exorcists, killing sinners, thus taking revenge on Lucifer for everything bad that he did to him.

The show is well worth watching, and I'm not giving away their names, but yes both those are angels, and if you watch the show you question how they stay them a lot, and no this show is NOT pg-13 lol, it quickly became one of my favorite shows, and I'm not a huge fan of animations and musicals, but the songs are all epic
