Best comprehensive video I've watched where the point is proven in real time. We have to concede that are frame rate is going to be different because of location to the server (ping), maps (Stalingrad) that might not be optimized, plus what graphics card we have. I sport a 2070 Super, but that might be ageing now. 3070 and 3090 series are solid. So I can take this presentation and work with it. Thanks.

wont help with stutters at all just gives you more fps but in hll there is no stutter free settings

This is hands down one of the best comparison videos I’ve seen, plus it is also an optimization video, it’s great. I wish you would do the exact same concept for Squad since, in my experience, is way worse in terms of optimization.

Maybe I should watch this video again on a monitor instead of my phone but I legitimately can't see the difference between over half of the settings presented. In the cases I could tell, I might prefer the lesser options because it seems like they would help with player visibility. FX quality seems to reduce the smoke for instance.

Just dont forget to launch the game in dx12. It will stutter for the first few minutes because of the shader cache but then it will be perfect. I have around 140fps with a 2080 ti at 1440p high so you will be just fine :)

Got the game 4 free and it works super . Got a older pc ( 2 jears ) and got all settings on epic and only got( somtime) abit of lag in a faster Car . Love the game ❤ thx Team 17

I only have an issue with Mortain map due to the object count, I have a 9600x with a 3060 12 GB card and can cap to 60 fps using Rivatuner, All other maps I cap to 90fps the game runs smooth as silk and the graphs flatline and this is at 1440p, running games Epic or high settings and at uncapped fps will very rarely give a smooth experience.

Quite interesting. I have a 3060 TI, i9-10850K, 16GB DDR4, and a 3440x1440 ultrawide monitor where I play at 2560x1440 with everything set to LOW and I don't even come close to a stable 90 FPS. Hmm, I wonder where my bottleneck is.

How are you getting that FPS and usage on a 3060 Ti? My 3080 Ti doesn't go above 50% usage and I get 90-100 fps with your recommended settings. I have a Ryzen 7 3700X CPU and it doesn't go above 60% during gameplay.

Sounds like a CPU bottlekneck, Are you on an old system ? Does the GPU not reach high 90% in other games or just HLL ? have you added -D3D12 to launch options ?

@@toadergabi5294 Don't listen to the 'bottleneck' bros. The game is incredibly fun but an unoptimized dumpster fire. People with 4090's are seeing sub optimal performance too. You can try all the commands you want like -dx12 or -USEALLAVAILABLECORES wich will get your GPU utilization up but in my experience just brings more issues like stuttering. The game needs a massive overhaul.

Horrible optimization, I have the graphics at the minimum and I can't play decently, there are graphic options that are blocked and can't be changed even by enabling "read only" in the .cfg... terrible, they should implement technologies like fsr etc... anyway the CPU also consumes a lot. warzone works even better for me than this
