The scallops and the wellington looked really good. I've had the wellington at Gordon Ramsay's pub and grill inside of Caesar's palace. It was so good. Thanks for showing the experience at Hell's kitchen.

Haha I was a massive Ramsay fan and forced my friends to eat at Hell's Kitchen when we visited Vegas, worth every penny...but damn, I only paid $90 for that Beef Wellington 3 course meal with coffee in 2021.

If you watch some of Gordon's shows he often tries the food they cook to see if that is the issue. He usually takes one bite of each dish and says "dreadful." He rarely compliments any other restaurants food. 😀
