Damn! I am so proud of you! You do a lot and the work will pay off to see these tiny humans turn into decent people with acceptance and positivity. There is so much love that is present in all the moments, including simple pictures and captions on Instagram. Your family is something I hope to achieve as I “grow up”. I say that, but I am 22, and so far seeing my nephew grow has been enough. We are all humans that doubt ourselves, but if we are there for our loved ones, and our communities, we should only strive to be there for ourselves more. Love and prosperity headed your way!

Girl you choked me up at 6:50 whewwwwwwww wooooosahhhhhhh You are absolutely amazing and don't let yourself think anything otherwise. From a single mom of two children who are now 20 and 13, I feel all of that. It is sooooo important to feel all the feelings and give ourselves grace. You are so much wiser than I was at your age. I am 38 and you inspire me!!! Sending all of the love and light from my bay (Tampa) to yours.

Awwwwww, I loved just hanging out with the fam here. Your children are so so beautiful. And I totally get those emotions. It was something no one ever said about becoming a mother is how much the mum guilt and love would be an ever present part of my life. And shit yes, the time flies. I’ve somehow got to be okay sending my son off into the world in two months.

Hello and good afternoon, my heart broke listening to you explain about the, "mum guilt" that you have and all I wanted to do was reach through the screen of my phone and give you a BIG! Hug when I saw you crying...You are stronger than you think, you have achieved so much, your a fantastic role model,please be kinder to yourself. Your doing a, " bang up job " of raising your beautiful children and being a supportive, loving and caring wife. Please, just make sure that you take care of YOU!!! The first 20 secs so accurate. 😄😄 you were on your period in this video, I'm on my period watching. I'm a mom of four boys, I'm 34. I had three toddlers at one point, with postpartum depression, two of my boys on the spectrum and ADD life was a challenge. Shit life is a challenge, I kept praying to the karma gods, to just let me be free for just a moment then felt bad for feeling sorry for myself. We're moms, guilt is just our nature. At the end of the day if your babes know they are loved and safe you are doing it right. Loved the video, and you're style!

if you take time (in the morning when everyone is asleep or at night when all are in bed) BY YOURSELF. and reflect and cry it out and feel your feelings andd pray your prayers. Plan your life or do something YOU want to do even if it's 20 minutes, You can find the space to be present for other people but you have to give yourself the time first. I've been learning this, so i thought maybe you needed to hear it too.
@theHellaJam3 жыл бұрын
Thank you!!!!! My therapist told me to think of “me time” differently than “me time” pre babies. I guess now, I really enjoy relaxing in bed lol and I really like to sleep... so I guess that’s proper “me time”?! I would love to wake up earlier and do things for me but I think in time I’ll get better at it. I’m terrible at routine and consistency

Don't apologize for being vulnerable and expressing your feelings! It's ok. We have all felt overwhelmed at some point. Being a mother is the hardest job ever! We have to be everything for everyone! It is important to take care of ourselves too and be happy doing whatever it is that brings us joy. Yes, we are stretched in several different directions at all times! Mom guilt is real! Even though I know reflect back and know that I did miss certain things when my kids were younger by working full time and going to school but I made the best decision at that time. Just know your kids we still love you and appreciate what you did do when they are older. They will know that your sacrifices, hard work and dedication was all for them! I had 2 kids at a young age and they were less than a year apart ("Irish Twins"). You're doing a great job! Don't forget to take care yourself while you're taking care of everyone and everything else! Btw, can't believe the baby girl is walking already and Sol is getting so big!

When I became a mum I started a whole childcare business and my kids were 4mths and 2yrs old. It was overwhelming. I dug deep after I snapped survival mode and saw a therapist...they didn't help tbh. I would advise anyone now, don't attach to it, don't allow it to be part of who you are. You are proud of yourself and that's good. Lessons, all lessons. PS the issues in the world, damn, it's a lot! Empath, as I am too, just absorb it all. I've learnt to compartmentalise and focus on working on the things I can. I would like to start a community of women esp who can build themselves so the divine femine can heal the world, the world needs women. Masculine energy has led us here and its time for it to come to and end. Right now, I'm rebuilding my mental state so I can be of service with the passion that could heal our planet, one person at a time ❤️

Girl I feel everything you are saying. I am the mom of an almost 11 year old(july) and let me tell you I still have a lot of guilt for when my son was young. I was only 19 and a single mom, I had to maintain some independence for my own sanity and I feel so very privileged that I had a support system that allowed me to have that. I wanna say I was 25/26 when I really started to feel settled into motherhood, I wish I could go back and do it differently. It’s not all bad tho, my son is a very independent person who values his own alone time and self care routines. We spent a lot of time traveling before he started school and I really feel he grew personally from those experiences even at a young age. I can empathize with your husband as I also experience chronic back pain for the past 8 years. I was able to stop taking the prescription pain killers when I started using kratom and I use a capsaicin cream that’s meant for arthritis. I really need to see a chiropractor but they really freak me out. I always love watching your videos!

@@theHellaJam oh my gosh!!! Well ofcourse a surgeon is going to say that! They don't believe in chiropractors either lmao!! He would be fixed if he just trusted the process. I was so hesitant at first. I did so much research before I finally caved in and I was fixed instantly! 🙌 My step mom had hip and back issues for over 20 years and after she went she felt instant relief, she had to go 5 additional times to get her back straightened out! If he ever does it - he should go to a trusted one that does x-rays first and definitely get a massage afterwards or even before - it helps loosen the muscle that's pulling the bone in the wrong way. I will pray for him. I know the struggles of chronic back pain
