Love watching you play!! I decided to download it after watching this. I'm playing on Pc with a controller, By chance can you tell me what button(s) to push for roll && parry? I'm getting my butt kicked without these moves lol

Thank you for your kindness. Unfortunately, I didn't use the controller. I used the keyboard and space button to avoid strikes, but through options, you can change the buttons you want.

I just finished the game. On xbox the default parry was "right bumper". Don't forget to use your "focus" (the zoom in view button) during combat in order to slow down time. It took me forever to figure out that was part of the game play.
