Being passionate is one thing and I get it. But like you said: review bombing something is childish. They will still say that because of the bad reviews they “won” but there are other ways. You could say it once and leave it there but they repeat themselves almost every day in every social media app…it’s tiring to be frank. I hope it’s not too little too late. You can’t keep messing with players, your customers, your bread and butter, their fav game. And expect them to be all good about it months later, full of frustration and be like, hey, we will patch this or that. There’s only so much crap players will take and only so many updates you can produce before players leave for good. Player surges are less and less now, only for a day or two and then no one cares. These updates really just need to fix issues, give the players the game they want, and then eventually add DLC, story stuff. I don’t understand why the devs have been so damn stubborn and reluctant to make the game for the players when the devs don’t even play the game themselves. So it’s not a game the devs play or test, it’s not for them, it’s for us gamers who love the original release stats of the game. It’s not hard.

I would come back eventually if they make a fun game. I have been a full hater of AH for months now, and watch videos like these to stay informed in my hatred. It's insane how many purposely bad decisions they have made. They dont like metas in a game, so they made a new one with every update? They must have teams of 1-2 people with a manager for each with how slow they are. Any basic game dev will tell you making changes to these guns takes 5 minutes, some how the devs convinced their bosses it could take months to add more ammo to guns

Are you aware that they're using a deprecated physics engine that's WAY complicated to develop? They need to handle physics per weapon, not per unit it seems. from the perspective of a day-one NMS player: As long as they actually change course and make sure their words match their actions, they can and will recover. I am a day-one Helldiver as well, I feel less burned by the actual changes and more burned by the "say one thing and do another". my hope is: 1) we get past the stage of catering to all opinions 2) what is said = what is done 3) back to focusing on live service, galactic war, and new content (biomes/story/enemies/etc.) 4) patching game breaking bugs over glitches (grenade/one shot bile etc.)... NMS still has glitch building and duplication glitches, not because they cant fix them but because its fun occasionally. Just my 2c - I'll hang tight and see

I love Space Marines, am a huge fan of the 40K franchise, and have been waiting for the sequel for years, but Helldivers is still a beast of its own, like comparing Zelda to Darksouls and Heldivers being Darksouls. Space Marines is a power trip and the Co-op, while good, is very shallow and the main story will only keep you entertained for so long, my favorite is the Multiplayer, it is real bread and butter. We are talking about apples and oranges here Helldivers is more focused on the co-op experience so if you all want the 40K power trip I recommend it not many games out there that let you do that and do it well, but it's not a Helldivers killer at all. Instead of seeing one killing the other, I'm just glad I have 2 perfectly fantastic games in my Library, one I've been waiting for years and the other I never knew I wanted =:D

The game itself is in a good place, but it’s being dragged down by specific influencers because they get more money for negativity than positivity, which is creating a toxic feedback loop in the most immature and most vocal players. Exaggerated claims and tantrums result in more dev resources being scrambled to respond, which in turn delays better content and muddies the waters around all issues. If this continues, it’ll be Gears of War 3/Epic Games Forums all over again, and end in total burnout for the devs.

If they had just fixed the bugs rather than nerf around the issues making things seem OP (Railgun slapping Titans in two snaps), then we'd have two warbonds to use the Medals I get 0 of because it's capped and by then, most people would have completed those warbonds too. I hope they won't buff the medal cost for items in warbonds to balance this because it seems like something they'd do.

The only thing I think that needs to happen for chargers is to reduce the amount of steering they have when charging and maybe add another weak spot (reduce pen-levels in two or so areas). I stopped playing the game since it's bugged like crazy. Maybe I need to delete and re-download again, but also with all the nerfs and other..... "publicity", I don't want to play and encourage such behavior. So here is a good old fashion list: 1. Think hard about the type of game you want, then rebalance for "fun". 2. Purge your company of activists/employees with a "hate gamers" mentality. Yes, I understand it sucks being criticized, but that's because you are, in essence, providing a service. 3. Bug the hell out of Sony and fix the Ban on their players in "unsupported" countries. If needed, encourage your community to peacefully bug Sony about this.

Honestly yes! Definitely!!! I got it just 3 days ago, even though I saw the review bombings going on. But since I didn't have the chance to play the game at launch, I can't relate to these issues at all. I just experienced the game how it is in its current state, and me and my buddies love it! Was it more fun and a little less frustrating before the nerfs? Maybe!? How would I know!? The gameplay is just as fun, difficult and frustrating as I was expecting it to be. The cinematic chaos of you with 3 other puny humans, equipped with crazy firepower, against overwhelming numbers of enemies is just amazing to experience. It was amazing at launch and is still amazing to behold today as well. I am not disappointed at all with my purchase. Sadly I couldn't experience the game when it apparently was better. But as I said, I am having a blast with it. Go ahead, I'm sure if you don't know the launch version to compare the current game against, you won't regret it.

It's unfortunately people like you and the other guy who come in with MASSIVE skill issues because you think you can just touch down on a planet and kill everything. You all want the overpowered fantasy and you didn't get it. So you come in here and whine that the game isn't fun. So how about you just stick to the lower levels if you want more fun than challenge? There is a point however in having the same loadout for the factions. But that's just what I enjoy the most. I can go in and use just about every gun/stratagem and come out on top (plasma punisher be damned. That gun just sucks) it's all on your skill and knowing how to kill the enemy.

But actually, i paid full ptice for the pre-order Version of the game and bought the Super Citizen Edition, hell I loved this game so much that I spent tons of extra money to buy super credits for the store armors. Why? Because I wanted to support AH. And what do I get in return? Nothing but a broken game, rage and stupid low IQ arguments from glazers like you.
