4:38 it's not just charger behemots, it's 500 kg bomb with st*pid explosion radius and therefore damage. The animation of explosion looks so beautiful, but the real damage radius of it seems like a joke I know it can oneshot titans and stuff but usually it is even worse compared to airstrike and other explosion stratagems

I’ve noticed the most damage from the explosion is pointed upward or right at its center. That’s why lots of times when it explodes under a bile titan, if the explosion is more toward its backside it won’t kill the titan

Just had a game where i had 8 brood commanders in a row come out of the fog with a charger in between while i heard the bile titan theme start playing. 1 minute later it will be 40 hunters jumping everywhere.

The stim does make you faster but I guess as a solo you don't have much reference. In team its visible how quickly you catch up to your mates or run past them.

Also have to remember the stim useage slows your team too out of a sprint so you are running faster but your team is slower so it feels really fast

Funnily enough, I regularly run no support weapon or backpack in Bug Blitz missions in favor of Emancipator, Eagle Air Strike, 500kg, and Orbital Laser, but to run no weapon or backpack in a normal duration mission makes for an incredible challenge. Impressive all things considered. If I may, one thing I learned from another player is that melee is actually good at staggering beheaded Brood Commanders before they can hit you. After shooting its head off, hit it once with your melee as it gets close to flinch and then they'll bleed out.

This is fun, these type of "challenges". I actually filled up a spin-the-wheel app with certain criteria that my friend's and I enjoy on missions. Things like everyone has to run a jetpack, heavy armor (that was a slow game), exosuits, 3 Eagles to more impactful choices like no backpacks, no Eagles, no EAT/Quasars helps spice things up a bit when we are getting too comfortable.

You should try doing the rare steam achievement of completing a mission without using a primary or support weapon (stratagems, pistols, and nades only). I think only 4% of players have it and it seems like it would be great content!

It’s pretty easy to get on destroy bug holes or bot fabricator missions. The only way I see it being semi feasible on a 40m mission is playing stealth against bots

You are incredibly fast with the new booster. Wearing heavy armor and stimming then sprinting can get you caught up to a teammate in light armor who is sprinting without the booster. It’s a great “regroup” tool in that sense.

I actually been doin this with bots and terminids lately. With bugs I’ll go all turrets or sometimes bring a 500k with jar dominator , nade launcher and stuns . Bots I go scorcher , nade launcher and stuns with eagle airstrike , ems turret , rocket or ac sentry with an orbital depending on mission or sometimes just a jet pack

I just wish they would add symbols for the mission modifiers already, i dont check that out when joining random lobbys. Also an ingame showing of what boosters are taken into the mission, since people crash regularly i have no idea if i just lost the 30% damage reduction booster or not. Even though i normally have to take it as the 4th person because they rather have 1 more reinforcement.

I run this, the issue with your loadout is you have too many eagles. 1 eagle is enough so you can manually reload them. Gas, gatling and precision or railcannon for 3 and your choice on eagle for the one is my recommenation. I run this because people who join dc so much i always fond a backpack and if i get lucky there is a weapon lying around somewhere. I hope they buff the double barrel! Make that medium pen and it would be pretty decent imo.

sort of a similar loadout i came to myself, is Eagle strafing run, orbital precision, gas strike, and orbital gatling, all with the servo assisted armor. i'd be just constantly belting out strikes

All red stratagems is very viable on higher difficulties because there are more POIs on the maps, thus, you will have much higher chance to find a random support weapon from those POIs. It's usually ranged from MG, AMR, Flamethrower, Arc Thrower, and railgun.

I love going full red against the bots on eradicate. 380mm, laser, cluster eagle and the standard eagle strike. Throw in the butcher heavy medic armor and the plasma punisher and you can get 150+ kills and no deaths.

The Verdict is basically just a more range focused Peacemaker. I'm pretty sure they have the same damage breakpoints up close, but the Verdict keeps them at greater range where the Peacemaker drops off. The Peacemaker has a smaller sound radius so it's better for stealth, but the Verdict isn't much louder so it still works well. I've seen the Verdict described as a Pocket Diligence (the regular one not the CS), and that's kind of how it feels to me

If you restart your game your current operations will be replaced by new ones so you can get other modifiers. That's why I don't play 8 and 9 you can't avoid them, if you play on 7 you can get operations without any stratagem modifier

If it's not mouse buttons idk what it could be. Since one hand has to be on the keyboard for movement, the other hand for aim... Either one is ALSO doing the stratagem input, and I find it more realistic to be on mouse buttons rather than weird "zxcv" binds

That's why i never ever take the 500kg bomb. You cant trust it at all. Sometimes perfect one shot, but most of the time it does almost nothing. I had situations where i landed 2 perfect bombs on a titan and it still lived.
