I wanted to upload this quick guide because this trophy is still labeled rare but its actually very easy and quick to obtain!

Apparently there’s a glitch going on for this trophy. I guess now you can’t survive the grenade so thanks to some comments from other players. They were able to figure out an alternative for this trophy and that is by dropping a supply pod on yourself while wearing the same armor💯

This killed me but also counted for some reason. I must have "lived" for like a milisecond while it kept dropping through me. I'll take it.

For some reason, when i throw the granade to myself, either my player died or stay alive y very low health and no Injuries. I believe it's glitched

Oh no, it could be and hopefully it will get patched very soon. There’s always some kind of bug with every update. I would say just keep trying and make sure you have that armor on👍

I just did that with supply pod, just drop one on your head ;) With the same armor ofc

It does not work with nades anymore. It does throwing a supply pod at you. 50% chances. GL.

Works but still doesn't give achievement

Yeah I believe this doesn't work currenty since there's a bug where you only break limbs when you get thrown and ragdolled around (impact on a surface). Guess I'll try the dropping a pod on yourself method for now since ppl in the comments seem to have good success with it. Edit: Yeah, got it on like the third pod I dropped on myself...
