for me yeah i find it as an alternative to the airburst and spear. safer than the airburst, more shots than the spear. the airburst absolutely CLEARS chaff, the spear absolutely CLEARS Super Heavies and towers. so the wasp being their bby, clear everything in the middle. given how many medium armor enemies the bugs and bots LOVE to throw at us (literal squads of Warriors and devastators mixed with hiveguard and shield devs), the wasp has a home in that just like the MG/HMG does. but that bug hole trick is a life saver tbh so it'll probably slowly move to the bug front given their enemies.

I'm actually really enjoying WASP against bots. You just have to frame your expectations (and loadout) accordingly. I use it as the child of Grenade Launcher and Spear: only for medium enemies and gunships. Anything else is for the rest of my equipment. Overall a nice addition I think. I don't bother with Artillery mode whatsoever...

the wasp combined with the sta-11 smg and gas nades is great against illuminate but for the bot front would rather stick with the trusty autocannon

I think this is a balanced weapon, powerful but not overshadow other weapons, it still leaves the area for the spear and recoiless to shine and for other medium armor pen weapons. So this weapon for me is perfect as an support weapon

Love the gun could use a small buff feels just a tad on the weak side i would rather use the airburst or recoiless rifle with the he round and do just about the same thing or just bring a better stratagem like the tank gun implacement that can shut down a bug breach

Wasp is good, but trusty autocannon is better. Love both, and wasp is more fun, but autocannon make the big boom look cooler. And yes, I intentionally wrote this to make me sound like I am having a stroke.

@@dkkanofkash8798 Havn't used the AC since Railgun was made good for Bots again, WASP is a weapon that exist that needs a fair bit of excuse glazing like when it decides to hit a lightpole instead of the intended target just remeber Super Earth knows the best, remember D I S T A N C E, tap firing and R P M oh wait thats for the HMG
