I'm running the Purifier with the Street Scout armor and it has a really nice interaction with it. 6 magazines times 1.2 equals 7.2 mags. The game actually rounds that number up and gives you 2 more magazines instead. You then have the same number of shots as the Scorcher which kinda makes the Scorcher completely obsolete in my eyes. They NEED to give the Scorcher one more magazine and it would have the same interaction and make it viable again

I love the purifier and crossbow. My biggest issue is the crossbow does 3 things the purifier doesn't. 1. Instant full power explosive shot. No need to charge. 2. Blows up Warp ships (when shield down) and 3. shooting on the run without stopping. With the purifier you obviously bring the grenade pistol though. With the Crossbow though I never know what to bring. The grenade pistol feels really redundant and there isn't a pistol I particularly like. I would bring the plasma pistol, but most times I feel like it would just be better to bring the beefy senator. I bring the crisper occasionally, but it's been kind of meh. The Guard Dog is absolutely insanely the best backpack and it overshadows all of the shields in my opinion just for the fact that it saves you from taking a lot of shots from the things it kills and it's really good at making kills. But with Illuminate in cities I just can't give up the mobility of the Jump Pack.

The versatility of this weapon is why I love it so much. Going between charge shot and semi automatic depending on the situation is so satisfying.

To me, this weapon fills a niche of DMR with splash. I've been taking this thing on bot missions a lot, and it deals with devastators extremely well, taking anywhere between one to three shots to kill them. It is a bit hard to hit headshots, but overall a solid pick for bots. This can also take out the cannon turrets if you're quick with the shots. Still better than the killzone sniper

You should switch to the impact incendiary grenades. Much faster at clearing hordes of Voteless

Both times you died to your own Purifier, it seemed you were standing over a dropped Overseer's weapon. Also just learned Hellpods can destroy flying Warp Ships, though whatever was inside it will swiftly be crushed.

Im gonna get hate for this but I really dl not like this weapon. it just feels really yucky low damage. when you spam it burns through your 15 round mag really quickly and when you try doing charge shots it basically immobilizes you and doesn’t even do that much damage in return.
