You might really enjoy joining other yacht chefs in their kitchens, videoing (and helping) them making some of their favorite dishes. There would probably not be any issues related to the "no filming for social media" clauses in their contracts if you simply don't mention the particular yacht, unless the owner would like that, since it would not be the other chef taking and uploading videos. You would get to meet yacht owners, captains and chefs, which might benefit Tilly, too, if she would like a change in the future. Your talents and skills at capturing, editing and uploading videos would be put to great use, and there are many nice yachts out there, all of which have chefs who have favorite dishes, some of which wouldn't mind demonstrating something they especially love.

While it was indeed cool to see how charter yacht chefs do their thing, it was YOU that made me subscribe quite some time ago. You could have been cooking using a gas grill on you parent's porch and I would have subscribed. I like how you present things, how you teach how to cook it, how you promote fresh ingredients, how to choose those ingredients, etc. You do you. We'll still be here.

@@the_crewchef Absolutely! I wander down to the kitchen in the morning to make a cup of tea, look out at the view through the kitchen window, and wonder how I got so lucky. I must have saved puppies and kittens in a previous life. PS. I like your way of getting the flesh out of avos. I tried it this morning and it works much better than my now-abandoned method of slicing each half in the skin.

next time you do poached eggs do it the way my family has done it for over 100 years. Im not sure if we invented it or if it is a well known method but I have literally never seen anyone else do it this way. Instead of using water use whole milk instead. when the eggs are done serve the eggs and the milk together with THICK texas style buttered toast... put the toast in a bowl and scoop the eggs into the bowl and place them on top of the toast then pour the milk over them. This is an awesome winter breakfast :)
