If you were overwhelmed a year ago, I suspect you're even more overwhelmed now. Dolly's message and prayers have been answered. The answer lies within the events that have taken place. We, as humanity, have been tapped on the shoulder through Covid. The Global tap was for us to realize/recognize that what we do; how we behave, as individuals, affects, not just us or just our families or just our immediate communities, but Everyone and Every thing across the globe. Considering many didn't get the point or significance of the point, we were tapped on the shoulder, once again, with a perfect example of how the behavior of any one individual is significant; that it has a ripple effect beyond anyone's imagination. The specific example demonstrated recently (knee to neck) was what happens when a person loses sight of the need to stay in integrity with oneself and doesn't treat others with an underlying respect, (no matter our capacity/occupation or intention) and doesn't take into account we're all part of one univierse, one humanity and that all lives matter. It resulted in a catastrophic ripple effect. The example was extreme to be impactful; to bring the point home to the maximum number of people across the globe. The point is for each of us to reflect and contemplate on our interactions/our behaviors with our immediate family, extended family, co workers, communities, even our enviornment and recognize/acknowledge just how important we are; that WE EACH create a ripple effect! The ripple effect goes both ways, though. When we are Aware/Conscious/Awake as to how important we are, and take responsibility for our behaviors/actions in all our interactions, the ripple effect is the opposite of catastrophic. It is anastrophic: constructive, beneficial, wonderful, favourable, marvelous , helpful, healthful, auspicious, wholesome, wonderful, opportune, life-giving, encouraging, prosperous, joyful, positive, promising, productive, hopeful. What ripple effect do you prefer to create? How are you being? How else can you be to put out a stronger, more positive ripple effect? How do you choose to be? You might ask "what do I do" or " how do I go about making sure I create an anastrophic ripple effect?" In my humble opinion, it starts with taking a deeper look at You, at yourself.
